Sydney was super helpful as my husband needed a last minute shirt for a funeral the same day. She was very precise and taking measurements and quickly found us multiple options to choose from. Thankful she made a stressful process much smoother!

Very disappointed by the experience my family just had at this location. It took a while to be acknowledged by employees, and it was difficult to know who even worked there. Finally after receiving assistance, which seemed to be a hassle to the woman who helped us, I made the decision for us to go elsewhere. They hardly helped my father, rushed through the fitting process and once he was in a suit it looked terrible. Very surprising as I have shopped at Jos A Bank before with my partner at a different location up north. Needless to say, I wouldn’t return to this store.

We bought a very nice suit for a young missionary in the area. The suit is exquisite and well-tailored. One particular employee provided us with exceptional service—going beyond what would normally be expected. Indeed, he went out of his way to make sure our every need was met. We will return to this store and we’ll certainly be asking for Tom.

Cruel working conditions - AC was broken and it was 91 degrees inside (temp was displayed on the portable ineffective ACs blowing out hot air). The employees still had to wear suits in the heat.I feel bad for the next person that wears that sweat soaked suit I tried on - which are not cleaned like the fitting room says it is.The fitting rooms also have broken latches on the door! Unacceptable conditions for employees and customers.The employees were nice and helpful despite the heat.Update - Response to company - it wasn’t me, the customer, that had a bad experience. It was your overheating employees! Get them air conditioners that actually work or close the store until they are repaired. That place was so hot and unsafe for anyone to be working in. Especially people that are required to wear a full suit, despite the heat! Dropping to 1 star for responding with your canned response and ignoring your employees safety.

Truly the worst service and experience I’ve ever had a retail establishment in my 29 years of existence. Had to get a custom suit for my brothers wedding as a groomsmen and they miss measured so badly they got my jacket size wrong by 3 (3!) sizes and the pants two inches short. I tried to correct them and they argued with me and still ordered the wrong size. Additionally they incorrectly recorded my number. The wedding was three weeks away and after calling them repeatedly and being told the suit wasn’t ready, I finally went in to find the ill fitting suit. There wasn’t enough time to get the correct size so I was forced to either wear a horribly fitting suit or not match the other groomsmen and wear a retail suit that was close enough. They quite literally ruined the photo collection of my brother’s wedding. I couldn’t figure out how to give zero stars so you all get one…

My son has a dance but he needed to be suited up for with short notice.... I didn't have the help of Sergio we really would have been up the creek without a paddle.... He was so professional and took good care of us I'm very grateful

Just bought a tux. Wear one once a year, at their prices it made sense to buy one. Fair prices.If you're getting fitted for a suit, ask for Charlotte. She was really nice and new quite a lot. That was appreciated by a person that doesn't wear them often or know how they're supposed to fit.

I went to the store to find a nice summer suit for a wedding in the next few months. I was actually directed to the store from another store in hopes that they may have more of a selection. And they did from the looks, but unfortunately not a single soul greeted me when walking through the door. As I strolled through the store looking aimlessly at selections. Sure there were individuals in the store that were being helped, but what took the cake was that there were other groups that came into the store that received the greeting that I did not. So I decided to take my business to another location. Hopefully others will have better luck when going to this location.

Paid $59.50 for cuff links and wore them maybe 5 times before both pieces of jewelry literally fell out. Low quality.

We went to buy 2 suits at South Park, we looked the custom options and the ones at the store. The sales young guy was unfriendly and unprofessional. We ended up ordering online. We really loved the quality of the suits.

The worst customer service experience ever. No one greeted us when entering the store but the workers did look toward the door when we entered the store. Since no one asks if we need help, I ask a lady if they had a specific color with her nonchalant response she said no. And start pointing in a direction for me to go check myself. Finally a sales representative comes out the back and ask if he could help us and of course we said yes because the tuxedo we had ordered online was the wrong color for our wedding day February 11. But ten minutes later he comes back to informed us that they want him to help another customer that has an emergency and someone else can help us. Like we didn’t have and emergency. The best thing for us to do is spend our money elsewhere so we left the store.
