Finally found a good dry cleaner in Charlotte. Mr Jung is awesome, somehow saved a severely stained shirt and had it looking brand new. Every item I have picked up looks amazing and fresh off the rack. Definitely not going anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. 10/10 recommend

Might not look like much from the outside but this is the place you want to take stuff you care about. They're not part of a huge chain. It's not a fancy franchise. It's family run. Locally owned and operated - putting kids through school and dinner on tables for as long as I've been alive.I've been satisfied with everything I've taken them - from pants and shirts, to tuxedoes and suits, to graduation gowns and regalia. My stuff is always ready on time. Every person I've referred to them has been completely satisfied.

Jung's Laundry offers great service. Mr. Jung is friendly and knowledgeable. Not shy about chatting, but also doesn't waste your time. The prices are quite reasonable...about half of what I had been paying. Clothes pressed and just the correct amount of starch. Great dry cleaner!

They wrote my name on the inside collar of my nice dress shirts in pen. This seems like a bizarre and really unneccessary practice for any dry cleaner but especially one as small as Jung's.
