In an attempt to have my collision damage repaired by a company specifically affiliated with Hyundai, I contacted this collision company. Numerous telephone calls went unanswered until I finally spoke with someone who took my information and said that she would have someone call me back to schedule an estimate appointment. After the entire day and no return call, I called again, no answer. I decided to actually drive to the location, I walk in, there is no one to greet me, I ring the bell, someone comes around the corner and I explain the reason for my visit. She leaves never to return but another woman does, she says “I assume no one called you and that’s why you’re here”… “what’s your name again”. “Let me see if someone wants to see you”…She walks to the back. The same man who had been sitting outside the door chatting away on the phone and walked right past me walks up to me and says “we do not do estimates without an appointment”… I again explain that I had been trying to set one all day… he then says “ Well I have several cars already here”. I let him know… do not even worry about it and walked away! As a consumer I refuse to beg anyone to tell me how much of my money that I need to pay them! The tone, attitude, and unprofessionalism I experienced here was definitely top tier, so much so I am still sitting in their parking lot writing this review! I would never ever bring a vehicle into this business!!!

Kept me updated the the whole process of getting my car repaired. Straight forward and very easy to deal with! Did an excellent job on the repairs. JQ is on top of it!

Had my car stolen & vandalized. I dropped it off here to be repaired and looks brand new again!. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and they’re also great with communication. Buster bell answered all my questions and concerns

Soon it will be be 9 months since my claim and I still do not have a factory hardtop replacement for my jeep (Keffer has already been paid by the insurance company). I have made numerous calls with unfulfilled promises to call back. In addition to the poor customer service, the quality of the repair was lacking. One quarter panel was refinished and the car was returned with paint on the rear passenger window. (picture attached).If you are in need of a repair, I HIGHLY recommend going to another dealership.

I was referred to Keffer Collision on E. Independence Blvd. by Keffer Hyundai and was kindly greeted by JQ who looked at my vehicle, explained exactly what the work detail would consist of and the estimated time frame it would take to complete the labor. I was impressed with the level of courteousness, professionalism and knowledge JQ showed. I also came in contact with Katie at the front desk, who was also friendly, personable and a delight to speak with. When my Equus was returned to me, it was perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever, only kudos to JQ and the staff. Not only is the workmanship excellent, but the customer service is wonderful. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Keffer Collision to family, friends and anyone else.
