Staff is excellent, caring, dedicated and professional, and the sweetest ladies love extra activities during the day for the children as well as the photos they attach to ProCare. The staff makes both toddler and momma feel secure, and updates on meal times and potty training throughout the day via their app service are appreciated. Routine is super important there; policies create a consistent, peaceful and productive environment. Children love going to “school” each day with a book bag in tow, and the school feels like a full of sweet, great‑aunties. Thank‑you for everything you’ve done for Charlotte families!
