Best vape shop in Ballantyne. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I always feel so welcome when visiting. Their large selection of vapes, glassware, CBD and Delta products are top tier quality!

Every time I am in there, the pricing on the same exact vapes are different, depends on who is cashing you out at the counter. Today I went in and all of a sudden, the man behind the counter possibly the manager said they no longer offer 15% off one when you buy two vapes. I asked him if this was all kure stores and he said he believes so, but when I called multiple other stores, all of them still were offering the buy one get one 15% off.
He stated they just stopped that special this week. It doesn’t seem like he was telling the honest truth and implied that he was just trying to get a higher price sale from one of his regular customers. Please respond letting me know this Discount is no longer available at this location and I will go to a different location to get the discount.
Also, the other employee behind the counter had no idea they stopped doing this Discount either, as she acted surprised and even said we did? when he mentioned it to me .

I love this vape shop! A little on the pricey end, but you can’t beat the customer service. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. It’s a genuine vibe walking in and you immediately feel comfortable. They also have some of the best vape juices that I can’t find anywhere else

Amazing incense, especially the doop cones! I get Dragons Blood & this was the best one I’ve ever tried. Lights easy, burns forever. Great product.

Courtney, Eli and James are the best of the best when it comes to customer satisfaction, knowledge on anything related to vapes, delta products and CBD! Went there today since my other Kure was out of my stuff and the staff was amazing. Courtney and Eli were so knowledgeable on their products I had to pick their brains a bit. I learned a lot of new things by going back and forth with them. Will definitely make the drive to NC to see this team again for sure!!

If someone asks you for the exact coil type MAKE SURE YOU ARE HANDING THEM THE CORRECT TYPE AND NOT JUST THE SAME BRAND NAME. Don't how you mix up PnP for TPP, but you guys were closed before I could turn around and come get the corrects ones. Can't have high prices and incompetent employees, gotta pick one or the other.
