the older black man receptionist was completely rude. in the middle of me making an appointment with the kiosk, he starts questioning me on whether i read the sign or not. I answered “yes” & then he asks me “what does the sign say”, as if he wanted me to read the sign out loud like a child and as if I wasn’t competent enough to comprehend what the sign said (it said to make an appointment for tomorrow which is what i was doing). Once i told him i was using the kiosk to make an appointment his whole demeanor changed but the initial interaction was very rude and demeaning. I ended up gathering my items and walked out once he made me feel uncomfortable.

I give this place a ten star rating 🤩 , reason being I was here just a few years back around when Covid was in effect and the place smelled like a gym locker room 🤬. This time the customers service called me by name , the new iPad appointment registration was quick and easy , complementary water .. I was in and out within five minutes or less .. awesome service from everyone very sanitary environment over all .

Here at 7:35, the door is locked. The website says they open at 7:30. You already know this is going to be a mess!

This is the first time that I go to a labcorp location and from the entrance everything started to be disappointed. The waiting time was ridiculous.The male nurse caused me a bruise in my arm.

7:45. Outside waiting for the doors to be unlocked. Facility is supposed to open at 7:30?? (Doors opened at 8 seen around 9) take time out of your day and be prepared to wait.

Absolutely terrible!! You walk in and sign in on the kiosk. Don't expect anyone to be at the front desk. Doctor was extremely hostile and rude after a 2 hour wait period in which I was told would only be 22 minutes. The person running the urine test was literally the most disrespectful human being on the planet. It was amazing how a complete and utter stranger can be so damn disrespectful within the first 2 words to come out his mouth. Avoid this location at all cost.
Edit: went back the next day as I only had a 3 day window to get my tests done. The nicest person helped me this time, wish I got his name. I explained my previous experience and he made sure to make this experience as smooth as possible. Super understanding and super professional. I'd give him 5 stars.

Hi Labcorp, have a seat real quick, let’s talk…
I absolutely love how Labcorp prides itself on ‘accommodating walk-ins’—except, of course, when you actually walk in. Silly me for believing the website! Nothing like rearranging my entire day/week just to be told I should have made an appointment. Truly a masterclass in false advertising. If you enjoy wasting time and being misled, this is the place for you.

Great experience getting blood work here! Quick service with a very friendly and efficient staff. The office was clean and hygienic. Mario performed my blood draw and he was attentive and careful. Most painless blood draw I've had.

I went in to obtain labs for a physical. The staff was very professional and the check in was easy. Mario, the staff that collected my bloodwork, was wonderful!! He was very skilled at locating the best vein and was able to get the sample on the first stick. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
