I have a positive experience every time I come here! I'm always seen very quickly, everyone has been very friendly and positive, any issues get worked out and I can't say any of this for any other location! I won't go to any other labcorp if I can help it!

One of the best lab experiences I have had. I groan when a specialist dr office doesn't do its own blood draw and hands you orders to go to a lab. I was pleasantly surprised. Made an appointment for 2:15pm, arrived in the parking lot at 1:45pm and checked in via the text link as I got out of my car. I received a text that they were ready as I locked my car. Paperwork was very quick and I was called back minutes after that. I was back in my car and leaving the parking lot by 2pm. The phlebotomist was very skilled and got the draw done in one jab that I barely felt.

Staff need. Staffing.
Too busy with their phone and chatting with each other to acknowledge customers. If you did not understand or hear the question correctly, you might get beat up.

It was a very good experience starting with the easy mobile check in from my car, and ending with a very friendly staff (Erica, Dawn & Kai) who got me in and out quickly with a smile! Very friendly staff at this location! Thank you!

This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lab. The staff is completely inattentive and borderline incompetent. The first day that I came to get my processed, there was nobody sitting at the front desk. I ended up just checking in because I saw the kiosk. The tech who took my blood was not personable. After I left, I ended up having to come back because they forgot to give me my take-home specimen collection packet. It took me two days to be able to return the specimen because both times that I came to the office location the door was locked prior to their closing time. The second time I had to wait for someone to come out and order for me to come in. Again there was nobody at the check-in desk. There are multiple people sitting in the waiting area, at least seven, but all you can hear is the staff in the back area, laughing and having personal conversations instead of attending to the people that were waiting. When someone finally came up to the counter and I notified them that I had to drop off, she blindly asked me if I had checked in. I’ve never heard of checking in for dropping off a specimen. I continue to go ahead and check in and have a seat since she had once again disappeared from the front counter before finally being able to leave and go about my day. The entire staff needs to beretrained. There’s absolutely no reason that the door should be locked prior to closing time and it shouldnt be impossible to contact them by phone. I called no less than eight times and never was able to get a hold of anyone.

Friendly, fast Service and Erica was so gentle, I did not even feel the needle go in, and that’s a first for me. It usually takes several tries, but she got it immediately. No Bruising - Excellent! 😊 It does help to drink lots of water to plump up them Veins.

The person taking my autistic son’s blood was not paying attention or didn’t care what she did. Didn’t acknowledge what she did nor apologize for the injury. Very disappointed. Picture taken same day11/14/24 right after the injury so sad.
