“I would like to highly praise this place for their expedient and AMAZING services. I went in about a week ago and explained to the owner that I needed 2 jackets altered within about four days of time. She was a little stressed out, given the lack of time, but she made sure to have those jackets done a full day before I needed them. I don't recommend coming in with such short notice, but I do recommend their services for the price i paid. It was very reasonable for two jackets to be altered. Great quality of work. “CHANEL…is AMAZING‼️ the owners are truly BLESSED to have such a “jewel”?? my first time at a public laundromat, i had no idea how this system worked? what a treasure…Chanel took time to give me a thorough/mini lesson on everything…WHEW!! i don’t know if everyone who works here is that amazing, but i’m grateful that my first experience was when Chanel was working? i love the ambience and the cleanliness of this place! i will eventually need to replace my washer, but for now… i have a nice laundromat where i can do my laundry??????”

“I took my wedding gown here to be taken in and hemmed. Jen did an amazing job! My gown has many layers of soft, delicate chiffon, lace, and tulle as well as boning and the alterations were done perfectly. My gown fits like a glove now, and Jen altered the dress very quickly. I was so happy to get all my wedding gown alterations done in one shot and for a great price compared to bridal salons. Jen was very friendly and professional and knew exactly what to do with my gown. I highly recommend!”

“I have used Rex Cleaners for over 11 years. I have never had an issue or problem with my shirts, suits, ties or my wife's dry cleaning. I moved to Gastonia almost a year ago and tried a couple places here. Unfortunately, i would find buttons missing or simply crumble as i try to button my shirts. Brown stains on the collars that i never had at Rex's. I have returned to using them, even though they at 25 miles away from me now. Fast, friendly, professional.”

“Nice place. Have went several times and it was closed so 24hrs it need to be just that. Plus snack machines not working when I went not accept card or cash. But nice place to do laundry. Washer need to be 2.50 that gain more customers but great place however I think the sockets should not be cover up for paying customers to charge. They phones while they wait. I call for a job they never call me back but got now hireing sign on the door. Machines works great Changes need to be made for paying customers and a working atm not one just for show thank u.”
