“My name is Andre
Ms. Nicole on beatties ford rd. Is the reason why I come to laundrolab, she keeps the laundromat very clean and on point 10 out of 10. She's very friendly with customers and their needs.
The machines and environment are always clean the carts are always in place. She deserves 10 stars”
“This is a clean & well managed laundrymat with attendants on duty. Common market is next door if you need to grab something to eat while doing your laundry. Set to pay with coins, credit card, or from your phone.”
“I have been taking my clothes here for over a decade.. would not trust anyone else to handle my clothes. Stains that I thought would NEVER come out… they remove with ease. Love how they do everything right on the premises too! SIMPLY THE BEST! <3”
“Top notch on customer service.the staff is extremely nice.very professional. The thing that really impressed me was the short turnaround time from the time you leave your item till you get them back. Very impressive.”
“Love coming to this laundromat. The staff is so friendly and nice. It’s really clean inside and I love that the machines take card because I don’t always have cash to get coins. Super convenient!”
“Highly recommend Lily Cleaner & Alterations! Everyone was super helpful and kind. They did the alterations for my wedding dress (which had a bit of an intricate design) and it turned out exactly as I had hoped! Anne paid great attention to detail and worked with me to make sure that I felt comfortable and ready for my wedding day!”
“Excellent absolutely amazing my first time and I have clothes that are very delicate. They are the best o have ever been too!!! They remind me of the cleaners we used in The Bronx for years. Exceptional!!!”
“This was my first time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
They have a child’s play area, working vending machines, comfortable seats, and a pool table!
I highly recommend doing your laundry here, it’s worth the drive!”
“I love this place. I can do eight loads with a big washer and dryer and they spin so efficiently and wash so efficiently. The dryers are great too. Machines take debit cards and credit cards or you can get a card from the service person exceptionally clean, well maintained and help. They are very courteous and helpful.”
“I find the cleaners are very careful to follow on rare occasion specific instructions as to the cleaning of a particular garment. The staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Lots of washer and dryer machines. Folding service. Great staff; very helpful. Detergents to buy. TV to watch while you wait. Benches. Clothing carts. Coin dispenser available. Reasonably priced.”
“Thank you so much for being great. May you always be blessed. ? I was not made to feel out out of place with one of the employees and I am very grateful for that! If you have large loads please stop by!!! (Or small lol) you will have a peaceful/nice experience. 10/10 and it smells good ?”
“Very friendly staff. They did a great job cleaning my dress pants and dress shirts. I had a large hole in a pair of pants and they were able to stitch them up perfectly with skill. Highly recommend them with great prices!”
“I came here because my dryer at home was broken. Let me tell you upfront….. do not go to the other laundromat on the other side of the same shopping center. They are full of IT!!!! You can’t bring in clothes washed at home to dry in their dryers. Have to use their washers in order to use the dryers. So, I gps for the nearest laundromat and found Laundro Lab. Lady at the desk was real nice. She’s limited on English and she had me to type on her phone to translate. Asked if there was a rule about using dryers like the other place. She said it was ok to use their washers dryer. Even though I didn’t wash clothes here. Overall, the inside is clean and not run down like the other place. Would recommend coming to laundro lab.”
“Great first experience. Clothes were ready ahead of schedule. Great communication via text allowed me to pick up early and clear up my day. Oh and the clothes look great as well !”
“Finally found a good dry cleaner in Charlotte. Mr Jung is awesome, somehow saved a severely stained shirt and had it looking brand new. Every item I have picked up looks amazing and fresh off the rack. Definitely not going anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. 10/10 recommend”
“I bring all of my "dry clean only" clothing here and I always have a good experience. The quality is great and I appreciate that my order is done on the day/time I am told to pick it up.”

“I have been attending for years, the service is excellent, the place is always very clean. The employees are professional and respectful. It is very organized and orderly. They have a reading area with books and a game on the wall for children . A nice quiet , safe environment. I love it here, sometimes they have free washers and dryer. They have a card after visiting 4 times, the 5th washer is free.”

They keep the facility nice and clean, I always recommend this location to anyone that asks about a laundry mat. Oh, I like the renovation that has been done, much brighter.”
“Read that one person was disappointed with another laundromat and went across street to Mega Wash and enjoyed the experience. I needed to go to a laundromat and after going here, I totally agree with that review! Young lady there was so nice and patient with me since I hadn't been to one in years! Will be the only one I go to in this temporary time till my home is completed renovations!”

“They are now called Aguilar's Cleaners. I had a very nice leather coat that had a busted zipper and button - they repaired it and did an awesome job - he even found the right colored zipper! It was very reasonable and they were very nice also! Great place!Service: Alterations”
“Partnering with the Queen City Cleaning team has been integral to the success of my Charlotte Airbnb. They’re professional, reliable, able to accommodate last minute changes that are bound to come up with short term rentals, help me keep track of supplies, and allow me to checkout of that side of the business while knowing I’m in good hands. They are of course wonderful cleaners and leave guests with no complaints.”
