I reached out to Lazarus Design via email to inquire about their services. Initially, Cal, a sales representative, engaged in a lengthy email exchange probing my service needs. After expressing my preference for a direct call if further questions arose, communication stalled. Despite my request for a quote, it's now been three days without a quote - such a waste of time! This experience has been disappointing and unexpected, especially after vetting this company. Hopefully, this review will help others in their decision-making process.

The Lazarus Team was fantastic to work with! I needed a new website to showcase a locally owned franchise with 48 locations.
