I had the opportunity to meet with Lynette in your Concord NC office and she was and is amazing!!! She made me feel so much better I was afraid about filing an old W2. Lynette went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with her and understanding exactly what I needed to do and what she did for me. Please give Lynette a raise and a gaming PC so that she can utilize her PC faster to better satisfied all customers!!! Im team Lynette all day.

Lynette smith is one of the best people I have ever came across she was so wonderful with waiting for me to get all my info to her she had a positive attitude and if it was up for me I would start a go fund me to get her a raise she one of the best. !
