Lidl is the best place to shop for fresh produce and dairy products. This location is kept clean and usually not so crowded.

The service here is just awful. There was one cashier open with a long line. I had 2 items so when another cashier opened up, she took the person with a full cart behind me. To make matters worse, I think she is a manager because she had a polo shirt on. I can only imagine if the managers have no clue about customer service, the employees do not either.

Lidl has a fresh bakery that churn out bagels.donuts.and The fresh fruits aisle is very affordable. Nice grocery store and their chocolate flavored almond milk is preferred by my children.

German chain supermarket with fantastic deals on wine, pâté, cheese, and charcuterie. In house bakery and lots of random junk.

How does one describe Lidl's? It is a mixture between garden/flower shop, bakery, fresh fruit and produce stand, grocery and Five & Dime (just aged myself). The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is excellent and 15-20% cheaper than other groceries. The meat, fish and poultry selections are good and fairly priced at the sales prices of other stores. What they lack is a Deli or butcher shop where one can order meats, fish, cheeses and cold cuts to meet one's needs-you are stuck with prepackaged selections and quantities. They have many of the brands that we have come to know but they also have European brands and offerings. I have discovered new brands and choices at better prices than other stores. (The Ginger Snap cookies are better and cheaper than I've found in any store in Charlotte) The frozen food section is huge but often jumbled and mixed up. Mixed up is what I have often felt in trying to get used to the store's layout. And just when I think I've got it down they move the products to different sections or shelves. Still, it has been worth the experience and savings.

Great store, nice and affordable prices. Don’t forget to download the app to save $! One thing that’s been bothering me is there is always 1 check out available. Wish they had more staff.

I love Lidl and this one in particular. Super friendly professional staff, great products but most of all the best prices on food and non-food items anywhere in Charlotte. If you haven't been here before, you are wasting money and with prices going up, Lidl has managed to keep prices quite affordable.

Good collection of bakery items, fresh vegetables and well stocked. Clean store. Quick in and out. Get your own shopping bag. They have carts for kids as well.

Just found this location and it's the most convenient place for me to stop and get groceries on the way home. Easy on and off access off 85. Cashier told me to use the Lidl app and I saved $8 off my first visit.

Very clean Lidl in mallard creek area. Produce is fresh and prices are low. Bring your own bags and download the Lidl app to save even more money. Never crowded like other grocery stores.

I love the atmosphere and the prices helped me save almost over $50 every week on my grocery bill. The store had a wide variety on diverse foods and had enough to compete with larger grocery chains!

The Aesthetic: The store feels like a budget Trader Joe's without the charm and artsy look. It's got basic decor, but the quality and prices make up for the looks. The Price: I believe that it's the best priced grocery store in Charlotte. I shopped here for our Christmas dinner and a charcuterie board, and I didn't spend over $70 because the deals are that good. The Parking: I've never had a problem parking in their lot, it's huge and you don't have to park too far, even when it's very busy on a weekend night. My Order: Some of my favorite sections in this store include the cheese aisle and the budget deals aisle. They have fun, high quality cheeses that are around $5 each. My favorite I tried recently was a mushroom gouda. The budget aisle has random seasonal overstock goods. For example, they had a massive selection of cornbread stuffing that was 50 cents a box during the holidays. Everything is first come, first serve, so you have to get the deals when they're there. Some things, like their speciality Lidl chocolates, are always there. The Conclusion: Go to this grocery store if you're looking for the best deals in Charlotte on quality food. You will love it!

I love the selection of imported foods here, but almost every time I buy something on discount, it always gets rung up as full price. It's a bummer because I love going here, but if you are trying to buy something on special, think again. They advertise them but when it comes to buying you pay the full price! Unfortunately, I have to avoid coming here from now on.

This was my first time going to Lidl in the US. Great store with great prices, especially if you use the app to get extra discounts. They have name brand items that are priced about the same as Walmart or Target and off brand items that are super affordable. The produce looked really good.I love all the European products too! I grew up in Germany so it’s nice to see some familiar items! My one complaint is that the lines can get long because they only have one or two registers open at a time and they weren’t super fast.Shopping carts are free to use and you should bring your own bags if you don’t want to buy bags.
