I came in Saturday and the customer service is HORRIBLE. No body spoke it was 3 associates and 2 sitting their phones, a gentleman just looking at people walk in. One of the ladies watched me look at a hat as I was standing there and not once said anything. Took my business elsewhere. I'm in management so I know what customer service looks like and that stores employees definitely doesn't have it. It was a shame bc I'm on a mission to find certain hats. I'm truly disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Went to the store to purchase a gift card. The associate seemed agitated when asked questions. I walked out of the store without purchasing the gift card due to the service provided. I will not spend my money where I’m not valued as a paying customer. Do better Lids!

I went to the Northlake location to purchase my husband a birthday gift. When looking for a special hat I encountered a rude young man with Tattoos on his arm that was not helpful in assisting me with information about getting my husband hat personalized. He was not interested in helping me and wanted to finish his personal call with his earpiece in his ear. I asked him who was the manager and he said he was the assistant manager! After he told me this information, I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere! I hope this young man gets the necessary training he needs to communicate with customers going forward or this will be another store that will be closed inside of Northlake Mall!

So last night I went for the Christian McCaffrey signing got their 2 hrs early, and not only did I not get an autograph or picture but I literally had to watch 2 15 yr old girls crying their eyes out because they didn’t get the chance to meet him. The signing was total disarray due to the incompetence of the staff, it was supposed to be from 7-8pm but yet they stopped the signing at 7:45 with just 15-20 people left who like me had been there for like 3 hrs. Then you got to watch people get thru the line who got there at 7:30 because they bought bracelets off people at the last minute, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for the 20 people they left high and dry last night, I will never buy anything from Lids as long as I live...This place should be shutdown for all the Hearts they broke last night...This had to be the most deplorable action I’ve ever encountered from a business..They even had the audacity to try to discourage people by saying they had no chance of getting in, just so they could shorten the line and end it early to go home...This place should be boycotted and shutdown, when I saw the girls next to me crying all I was thinking was do these people even have a soul....
