Kevin From Liftone came too work on a forklift in the warehouse I work in and his customer service was phenomenal. He made me aware we was missing a part and would be back in a day or so to replace it and he left the area even better than he found it! Hope he’s my company’s repair guy in the future!

You have to pull all securing of load yourself not easy and wasted my hrs! Otherwise they were nice!
