Customer service was poor- I came in to exchange a dress that didn’t work and they were inflexible even though it was only a few days from the 15 day policy. I was going to spend another 300-400$ and because they wouldn’t return a $40 item, I took my business elsewhere.

Disappointed to learn that I can’t return or exchange an item I just received as a gift than 3 weeks ago. The dress is in season/ still a summer item. I won’t be ever shopping here due to the lack of customer service and flexibility - I would most likely spend more on the new items but I will take my business to another boutique in town or online.

I thought we would try something new since we were out of town. The food is not any type of county cooking I've had before. Our plates were left as if noone ate a thing off of it. Don't eat the Mac & cheese. Not even sure why they have that on the menu. It was Absolutely disgusting its elbow noodles with cheese that they tried to mix in and didn't adhere to not one noodle, the mashed potatoes had a horrible after taste, might be the milk or butter they use to mix it with. I would not recommend ever going here.

I usually spend a fair amount of money when I shop here. I think 50% of my closet are pieces from this store. The clothes are very cute, but won’t be spending money for clothes that I may or may not be able to return especially with a crazy work schedule and living forty minutes away. Mostly disappointed that my niece won’t even be able to enjoy her Christmas gift because we couldn’t exchange it or even get store credit. Will be looking elsewhere for cute pieces and better customer service.

I have shopped at this Lizard Thicket many times and love their clothes. I bought two things for Christmas gifts that I was needing to return. A pair of jeans for my daughter and a sweater for my sister. I tried to return them last weekend but was told I needed to being in the receipt. I live about 40 minutes away but…ok. Well, I went in today with my receipt and they told me I missed the cut off for returns. She said the cut off was Yesterday!!! Really I am one day late and she refused to even exchange it or give me a store credit! I love the clothes and was planning to only change sizes. I still wanted the them. They refused…. I asked to speak to the manager (Barbara) who informed me it was a corporate policy. She did say she could give me 1/2 price but I had the RECEIPT! No, thank you! What happened to customer service? So, disappointing!

First time shopping here and the staff was polite but I had an awful experience with the clothing quality for the price and they didn't have inventory to exchange it, and wouldn't honor a refund even though I still had the tag -- realized when I got home that the dress I purchased had a significant hole before I even wore it...thought about just trying to fix that, but then the elastic in the arm sleeve also broke within less than an hour of wearing it which was disappointing.

3.5 stars. Cute place. Customer service was okay. Clothing is overpriced. Good variety of styles and sizes. I wish their return policy was longer, 15 days is only okay. I really liked their jean shorts, might go back for another pair.

Was gifted a few items worth a value of approximately $90 and was unable to exchange or return for store credit without the receipt, which I wasn't given when gifted. Remarkably bad customer service.

Rude staff. The manager/ owner was rude when I tried to return an item that I was never told it's not returnable. On my way out she didn't even say goodbye . I'm done shopping there.
