I used to be an advocate for the store but sadly their customer service has downward spiraled over the last few months. The customer service desk is sour faced, bad attitudes, and you can tell they don’t want to be there. Staff is hard to find when needing a question answered or they just scurry off avoiding you. There was an elderly gentleman that was patiently waiting to ask someone a question and they’re response was “I just finished for today, you have to wait for someone else”, as they’re taking the vest off and walking passed him. They couldn’t even radio someone else? I ended up assisting the gentleman.
No one knows where anything is, or has a clue about what’s going on which makes you think there’s no company culture or the GM is not involved/engaged with their team. Leadership is not present at all.
I can give several bullets points in addition to this on why this but it’s not worth the effort when no one reads it or takes action to fix it.

I've always shop at lowes but if there only gone 2 lanes open. An reaction to take care of customer when u see lines with 15 people in them . Im have to stop shopping at the home town store. Go see what home depot service is like came back on 2/25 trying g to get pre-emergent two people took where it was didn't show me couldn't find it. So I left go buy at home deport. I may stop showing at lowe no help Noone helps

Should be giving a zero star. Had interaction with this Lowe’s store with a blind installation. Contractors that Lowe’s provided came out and gave the estimate and paid the quote via Lowe’s right away as a loyal customer will do. While picking up the blinds and the contractor coming out for my installed; the blinds was never cut to measurement that was sent back to the store from via contractor. The store clearly just provided me boxes of the self and didn’t care at all about cutting them. Called the store and informed them about this project and told them I was coming by the same day and will need to speak with another manager via face to face. While visiting and returning the product the assistant store manager (ASM) clearly didn’t care at all about recovering the sales from me and just returned the product. Also when question why was the blinds not cut at all and was marked from ready for pickup; he didn’t have any answer at all. Also while standing right beside him and someone was working in the blinds department while I was returning the product. After having interaction with two Assistant store Manger; someone from pro Blinds Sales and calling corporate twice over a 10 hours period clearly not one understood my frustration and customer service is not a priority at all from the store for sure!!! But they made sure to give and take care of the contractor and provide him trip money from the inconvenience but no one care enough to take care of the customer. But I’m sure if I was a GC that had a 200k or more a month in revenue on a LAR account; I know someone at the store or a sales pro manager would have found a solution for sure. Totally embarrassing and the store need some more training on customer service and training within departments. But no one seem to cares. Requested store manager and regional manager email and contact information but was denied request. Store 0408 need to be visited by senior executive team. Have all of my interactions time stamps and willing to share with anyone so they can review cameras.

I went here to buy some wood and get it cut to dimension. I asked 4 different employees for someone to help and everytime i asked they said someone will be there to help 40 mins of waiting and still no help. So i went to one of the managers to ask whose in charge of the department and as soon as i said excuse me. Yes he was talking to another employee but he cut me off and says puts his finger up and says wait. I already been waiting what do you mean wait. This was the worst experience i had at lowes ever i will never go back to this location. Or probably i won't go to lowes ever. Back to home depot I guess.

Horrible customer service. Asked customer service to page someone in the chainsaw area, aisle 26.
She first pointed me to someone who works in the area but they walked out. then paged someone to aisle 36 instead of 26.
took 10 mins to have no one show up. found another worker to ask for help. he didn’t seem like he wanted to help.
walked passed up without saying anything and went to the aisle and had to call someone over the phone who gave us, i believe the incorrect answer.
we decided to buy one after further research and it took another 10 mins for no one to show up.
told customer service to forget about it. but someone who just clocked in and she helped us finally

I was at this location Jan. 9, 2025 about 7pm. I asked about pricing on a display unit. The associate went to ask/ confirm with the manager on the sale of the unit. I saw the associate conversing with manager, then he went to another area in the store. No one came back to provide an answer. After about 20 minutes I walked around the corner to see the same associate making labels. Neither the manager nor the associate had the human decency to provide a response which was their job. Maybe I didn’t fit the profile of who they saw as human. I expect no action from Lowe’s however customers be aware, things change but they also remain the same.

Asked customer service guy to help get stuff at locked items and he called people to come help. Waited a long time and no one showed up to help. What a poor customer service employee!!!

I hate to leave three stars but this location changed its hours and no longer closes at 10PM. I can already see it was a mistake on their end because the Home Depot lot was FULL at about 915pm.
