    This is the most Incompetent company I believe I ever dealt with. No one knows anything! I asked for the phone number for corporate and of course, customer service doesn’t have anyone to contact above them?? I will never do business with Lowe’s again!

    Unfortunately, I agree with the reviews. My delivery issue has been ongoing for a week. I was told that Lowe's delivery is through a third party and, therefore, are unable to help. So why have a delivery service that will cause you unsatisfied customer satisfaction and possibly lose customers.

    Lowe's in Reidsville, North Carolina, a lady named Sandra and the guy that was supposedly over her chad, sandra was being so rude to me all because I was trying to return an item.
