UPDATE: I did get a call back. The rep was very friendly. She said that I could have made a purchase without spending the $350 (even though I would have if I'd had to). She was also willing to look into the specialty stock that I needed for next time. She gave me her direct contact info. I will contact her directly and give Mac Papers another try when I need stock again.I had a great relationship with Mac Papers for over a decade. Recently, I needed to place an order. I called at least 5 times over 3-4 days. I have gotten fairly curt questions for customer service, with a response that I'll get a call back. I have never gotten a call back from anyone and doubt that I ever will.I own a small printing business, and it was great to be able to buy my paper and envelopes locally. Now, Mac Papers has a minimum of $350 and will not allow orders under $350 even with a small order fee. So they are not in favor of working with small businesses. I was willing to place an order over $350, no problem, but I can't if they won't call back. I ended up having to find a new paper & envelope supplier.I always valued Mac Papers as one of my suppliers. I see now that the feeling was not mutual.

Specifically, our rep, Blakeley keeps us up to date with any changes that directly effect us & checks in on us regularly.If you are searching for a paper, large format, packaging materials, etc... look no further than this group! We couldn't ask for a better business relationship than the one we have with Mac Papers & look forward to continuing that relationship for many years!

Mac Papers, and in particular, Blakely and Kim, have been great partners for McFarland. They are responsive and have always been extremely helpful when we've had issues (even when they are of our own doing) and are great in seeing the big picture and thinking outside of the box. We're a production focused business and they get that. We are in good hands with Mac Papers and that makes all the difference in the world!
