Went to this McDonald's hoping for some sort of competency but no luck! Ordered in the restaurant for take out, and they got my order wrong! Food and sauces where missing! Guess the faults on me for trusting them - double check your orders because it sucks getting home and noticing they screwed up your order! Go elsewhere!

Drive thru got my order incorrect, I ordered 2 steak bagels I told them specifically no eggThey put egg on the steak bagels which we are allergic, then the drive thru had the audacity to give me a attitude to correct my order then they wanted me to wait extra time so I requested a refund and the manger was very unprofessional- 4-7-2024 10.30 am it occurred, someone needs to correct these employees

This drove me crazy! I placed an order at the self-service counter, paid, but he did not give me a receipt. Immediately after me, my friend also placed an order and she also did not receive a receipt. Then we waited for the order. They made my friend’s order, but about mine they said we don’t have that. The manager was called. I show the receipt from the bank, the order description in my McDonald's app, which lists everything I ordered. To which he again tells me that they don’t have that. I ask what should I do now, they just shrug their shoulders and start serving another client. The clients who were next to me began to stand up for me, but it did not help. But when I asked to give me the phone number of a superior, whom I can call and find out what I should do and why my receipt is not in the system, this manager immediately finds my order, prints out the receipt and goes to place the order, without even apologizing he hands me the receipt. It was outrageous! During this time, my friend’s order melted and blurred. This is how they serve at the McDonald's at 9710 Rea Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277. I don't recommend it.

I waited curbside for 20 minutes for 1 oreo mcflurry and nothing else. I finally had to go inside and get it myself. The door dash guy waited 15 minutes before he went inside too. This is very poor service when they werent even busy.

They took about and hour for my food, and my dasher left. Couldn't eat nothing. It wasn't even on busy hours. Now my food will be cold or don't get anything. I'm always getting money back from this location.Money is charged quickly to your account, but if that's all u got you have to wait up to days to get your money back. Smh this has got old. Most reviews don't go anywhere, because business want to keep thriving like they are the best company. So I actually expect nothing to be done.

Can I leave a ZERO star review!? This place is horrible.. I went thru the drive thru and was told to pull forward.. 15 mins later I end up having to go inside for my food..I heard a girl behind the counter 'this wasnt even started'.. guess im passing you up for whatever other fast food is down the road

Pleasant environment, within company standards. A great kids area, ideal for little ones. Automated restaurant, you practically don't interact with employees.

Went through drive thru at midnight. Got home and noticed 1 big Mac was missing. Went back 12 hrs later and manager said I would have needed to call last night and would not make it right. This location always messes up orders and are a Jenks. Will probably never visit McDonald's again, and if I do, it will NEVER be this one!!! Calling corporate to complain.

By far, the WORST fast food restaurant ever. They constantly leave out items for drive thru orders. If you don't check and just drive away to discover that you have been shorted, they refuse to refund or replace the item.
