WOW!! Let me start this by saying, the gentleman that took care of me are TOP NOTCH service. (Randy + Gene)I had a issue with my air not blowing yesterday. I had NO heat/NO Air conditioning. My uncle made a call to them at 3pm and they had me IN & OUT with AC/HEAT by 4pm. My car was towed to Mecklenburg automotive and I had never been there before. The engine on my car stopped working and I needed a new engine. Mecklenburg automotive was able to find me a new engine for my car and replace it for a reasonable cost. Chuck was super helpful with all questions I had and even showed me how to check the oil level in my car to assure that this issue will not happen again.
