“The appointment was made soon after contact. Only a few minutes passed before being seen after arrival. Faith identified herself and washed her and in my presence. Asked questions regarding my reason for the visit. Took my vitals. The COVID test was clearly explained and quickly taken. The results were provided by phone within fifteen minutes as promised and sent to my email later the same day. I had an unusual problem and the diagnosis was unclear. However, based upon the evidence a prescription was given with a few pills provided onsite. All information was clear and concise. Just a few days down the road from my visit, recovery in all aspects are near.”

“I called them after they had already closed without realizing and they kept the store open so I could swing by! It's a small shop, but they've got a good selection. I also saw a "Rent Me" sign which is super convenient. Staff is nice, I would recommend going here for your medical needs.”

There were many choices and they helped me make a good decision with my compassion stockings. I am 5 weeks post-knee replacement and needed the hose to reduce my swelling. “I was greeted when I walked in and they asked if I needed help finding anything.. I politely declined thinking that I would be able to find scrubs in a store full of nothing but scrubs.. [Side note: they do offer more than just scrubs exclusively, but when you walk in the store you see scrubs everywhere.. different colors, different brands, different materials.. but all scrubs] I am new to the healthcare field so, even though I knew that I needed scrubs, I was completely lost in the “sea of scrubs”. I underestimated all of the different options that they would have and I got overwhelmed quickly! Luckily one of the employees recognized that I had no idea what I was doing and, thankfully, she asked again if I needed help finding anything.. I told her why I was looking for scrubs and she asked me a few questions about my preferences and told me that she would pull multiple options for me to try and put them into a fitting room for me.. the ladies that were working that day went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting what I needed, what made me comfortable and what was in my price range.. they did not try to “sell” me on the most expensive brands that they have.. one of the only sets that I picked out for myself, because I liked the color and the fabric, was one of the more expensive sets that they offer.. the ladies were completely honest with me and let me know that, for what I was looking for, that particular fabric doesn’t hold up as long as some of their other slightly cheaper options.. they were looking out for me and making sure that I was investing my money in something that would hold up and last me a long time.. I am so glad that I chose to go to that scrubs and beyond! I went into this thinking that I just needed a few pairs of scrubs, no big deal, but I had no idea how much help I actually needed! I know those ladies were “just doing their job”, but I have been to more retail stores that make you feel like a burden for asking a question rather than actually taking the time to do their job.. and these ladies went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed, what I was comfortable in and what I was comfortable paying.. I will continue to get my scrubs and accessories from scrubs and beyond and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family!”
