That I have gone to over the past 30 years, have always had the items that I was looking for.They are clean, organized, and the employees are both knowledgeable and helpful.The fuel points however, are only a partial refund of an overpayment to their higher prices, and only to people that redeem them.Their Quality is always A+. They also carry hard to find items.”
“It's gotten quite crowded, critically low on carts, especially small ones. I've brought it to attention of managers, but no change. I get my meds here & pharmacy is A+. However, due to cart shortage, I go to another store that's as busy, but always has carts. Upper management should check on this”
“Chester working in the deli area deserves a promotion and a raise. He is one of the most genuine people in this industry. No matter the crowd size he treats you as you are the only customer in the room. This treatment is very rare these days. Everyone else is in rush-rush mode. I think they could learn a lesson from Chester. He also deserves credit for store promotions! Chester was excited for the new tik tok sandwich craze and even welcoming the high number of viewers bringing steady business to his store. Chester deserves great credit for his professional demeanor, calm and reassuring assistance, and mostly for showing that he cares. He is a proud employee and wears it proudly. Also to the rude lady shoving bread in front of his face while he was in the middle of preparing my order, you need to retake the customer training class/course. & Chester should be the lead teacher!! “The experience I had at this store was great. From the friendliness of the Associate Manager, Justin, to the patient and supportive help I received from Gabe, Madeline, and the other young man who helped me with WIC, I am beyond impressed and forever grateful. Anyone who has ever used or collected WIC (esp. the single Mothers) knows how daunting and intimidating that process can be when you are met with so much resistance and impatience from the cashiers when things don't match or they are not WIC approved. I would behoove all Harris Teeters, and other stores, to please label the WIC items more clearly and visibly (some stores don't even label them at all), and to strive to make the customer experience better when dealing with certain transactions, like WIC, because they are difficult and downright embarrassing at times to deal with when people are getting mad at, or impatient with you over a process you have no control over. The cashiers and store reps I just named went beyond the call of duty. As young as they were, they were SO helpful and so comforting to the point that I had to stop apologizing to them. They took their time and worked through everything with me and didn't once show an ounce of attitude and helped me get through the process even when having to do it repeatedly. I will never forget how I was treated here, bc I have been treated so poorly at other stores (and, yes, other Harris Teeters really close/near to their store), and this specific store just proved that some Harris Teeters still care about the Harris Teeter standard. Thank you so much to everyone who interacted with me that day and made my experience memorable and easy.”

“Nice grocery store which can be easily described as a neighborhood store. It has a fair selection of most items -- but it is not a huge store. You will find a few options of whatever you're looking for (brand wise) but it is not an overwhelming plethora of items. There are usually carts full of clearance items at the front of the store -- never hurts to look. Produce section is to the left when you enter the store -- the floral section is small and directly behind the produce.”
“I left a big box chain Pharmacy and switched to Pike’s Pharmacy a couple years ago. It’s one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made regarding my medical care. Jennifer, the pharmacist, is amazing. She always has time to talk with her customers, she’s caring, and she’s incredibly knowledgeable. The staff is always available, provide great service, and genuinely care. “We LOVE HT and have shopped here for decades... We love the deli, hot bar and fresh food options and our child loves the free cookie amongst other things. I didn't give 5 stars because the new sandwich staff are NOT friendly. They absolutely ruin the mood and culture of HT, especially the pregnant girl that makes subs. Also they run out of bread almost every day around 6 PM! They ALL need better training. The managers are great but the deli/sub staff are NOT.”

Lucas always greets me by name and has helped me track down answers to insurance questions, doctor office responses, and every other issue our family has had for years. There was even a Saturday when we arrived after they had just locked up, and the pharmacist re-opened, ran back in, and I was able to get my prescription. Above and beyond! We won't be going anywhere else.”
