Bought a phone for my daughter who is special need and need a phone school and paid $100 phone didn’t work and 2 months later no service still on the phone was told that I had to pay 22$ for a replacement phone . The phone was sold to me that was defective. Never got a text that her new phone was ready and it’s been two months. Definitely not going back to this location. I ended up just canceling the line so I can get another line ?

The agents were not professional at all had friends sitting around in the store not wanting to assist customers. Just terrible

The manager refuses to help a customer and I’m trying to transfer to another carrier and she continues to refuse to help and telling me to leave the store very unprofessional I don’t recommend going to this store the ppl are lazy and don’t know how to help paying customers

My rep Yasania not sure I spelled it right but was great. She literally tried to help me fix my problem and was nice the whole 2 hrs working on it. I would recommend this place to others. Great customer service there

They were the only T-Mobile store that was actually open at the time listed on Google. I got there 30 mins till closing and was out before they closed. Got me set up with home internet like a breeze. It's time to upgrade my phone so I'll be back to this location for sure.
