The place is disgusting! The floor is super dirty, the fans are disgusting, the walls are deteriorated, it took 45 minutes for them to serve me, they only had one staff. The place is super bad!

I don't recommend this location (5401-A S. Blvd.) at all. They definitely rip people off with the prices and fees of their phones and services. Very unprofessional and really didn't show that they cared about your needs. I'm telling you, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Save your money and go to an entirely different store. You will be overly surprised as to the differences in what you were being charged. I'm GLAD I LEFT !!!!!To the ARROWOOD STORE.....THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY AND ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT OUR NEEDS !!!!!

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECENT PRICES!! Stopped into this store because I was looking to do an upgrade and my daughter needed a new sim card for the new phone she had just gotten. the three people who were there acted like they really didn't know what they were doing and kept asking another questions because I inquired about doing a smartpay application. The girl who finally started to work with me was asking someone else if they remembered how to do it. Then when I asked about pricing she proceeds to tell me that even if I did start a smartpay acct that I would still be coming out of pocket with at least $100. I was like for what all I want to do is transfer my number to a new phone. She said oh that's to activate it. I said that makes no sense for an existing customer with an active acct to have to pay that on a upgraded phone. Her attitude was simply "well that's just what it is". The three people that were working there were all very unprofessional. That had no desire to please their customers. One of the other workers then tells me in order for my daughter to activate another sim card(again existing customer with active acct) was going to be $50 to transfer her number onto the new phone and then another $10+ for the sim card. None of what they were trying to say made since especially to customers who have active phone accounts. Its not like we walked in the door to start a new acct. And they simply did not care how, what they said sounded. What is worse is that they are clearly getting over on everybody who walks in that door..........I left that store with no upgrade and no sim card for my daughters phone only to go down the road a mile or two to another metro store for them to start my smartpay acct and activate my new upgraded phone for $26. Clear indication that those people were just trying to get over. Why was someone at another store able to do the same thing that I asked for at the first store for under $100??? Better yet, under $50. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this store that seems to be run by a pack of teenagers.

This location is a complete RIP OFF. I do NOT recommend this location at all. The staffs are unprofessional and DISHONEST. They do not care about you or your needs. They only care about how easy you would be to spend unnecessary money. I wouldn't have believe that anyone else would have had this experience if I hadn't read another review that they had the EXACT same experience as mine over 7 months ago. So, it is very true that this store REALLY DOES RIP PEOPLE OFF. You have been WARNED !!!

The employee over charged for phone. Got phone home didn’t operate properly. Took it back, employee came she fixed it. Also I asked for my receipt, employee claimed she couldn’t open computer to print it. Now on day 3 of phone acting up. Went to different metro, employee was nice but said I had to go back to same store. I’ll see how this goes.

Young girl was rude. Didn't answer phone 2 or 3 times, 30 minutes before closing to see if store was still open. Yawning alot in front of me the whole time I was in the store after coming out of the back room. I was the only customer there at the time. Mumbling when talking to me. Did not bother to turn music sound box down when I was trying to hear her. This is why some merchants should not open at all if they have to rely on some bogus person like this to represent their company. Don't even have any domestic skills to present to the customer. Getting a paycheck acting like that while cheating the public out of respect.Need a real manager with some dignity on duty there.

We went in this Metro PCS tonight, trying to help a disabled senior woman who has Metro PCS, but her phone wouldn’t charge anymore, and she was fearful without a phone. The two young clerks were not helpful, would not help us with getting her a new phone, (said she needed a new phone number, and some high pricing for a phone and activation) and they even made up a story that her account was not paid in 2 months even though I had not given her name or phone number to them. Her phone was dead and they had no information about her. Her account is automatically withdrawn and current but they wouldn’t even check that when I brought that up.Thankfully we figured out they were being deceitful to us, left and went to the Metro PCS on Arrowood and South Blvd. the wonderful man working in there accessed her account no problem and got us hooked up with a new phone for her very quickly. He even made sure to get her low income monthly pricing back on her new phone. The cost of the phone and activation out the door was $110. The other Metro was no where close to that. Please stay away from this location on South and Tyvola. It is very dishonest.

Amazing service!! I believe the managers name is Valentina. She answered every question that I had with no problem and made me understand everything very well. I will most definitely be coming back to see her.

I stopped in here yesterday to pick up a screen protector for my phone. The manager Ingrid was very friendly and helpful and took her time helping me. She also was very precise and thorough when applying my screen protector. I would definitely recommend this location when purchasing a phone.

I was given a friendly greeting and offered assistance as soon as I walked in the door. Dalina was efficient and professional. Bilingual ability makes her a great asset to the company. It was clear that she knew what she was doing. Stay away from the one on Nation's Ford Road and bring your business here.
