It's 330 and they are closed. In fact, they are never open!!!! Metro and T-Mobiles customer service is non existent! How do these people still have jobs???

It was really a zero, they have terrible customer service. They charged my card one price but the metro recipient that was sent via text said a totally different price. When I addressed them about it they told me oh its $10 tax fee. I said yeah that makes no sense all I had done was a phone switch which online says its $20.

I called to speak with the MANAGER (Kendrick?) on 7/20 regarding the purchase I made at T-Mobile - 4717 SHARON RD STE CHARLOTTE, NC, Date:06-24-2022. The interaction was definitely not reflective of T-Mobile's usually high level of customer service. Mgmnt was much more concerned with what COULD NOT be done (even though I never asked to return the product) than actually troubleshooting the problem. The tone was patronizing and the responses seemed "scripted" without consideration for how to solve the problem. Finally, the matter was resolved - but based on this experience I would never recommend this location to family or friends.

I have been at this location three times. Four years ago to get my first, good and inexpensive cell phone, six months ago to get a new charger and around a month ago to get the best cell phone that I've had so far -gestures and all.At this location it has been for me professional and kind help. Help with lots of PATIENCE! PATIENCE! PATIENCE! and all this with the service of perhaps the best and inexpensive phone carrier nation wide. Metro by T-Mobile.

I was told by the male employee working at the 3061 north Sharon Ave store in charlotte around 530 pm that he could not apply my ebb credit because it wasn't a metro thing and he new nothing about it when o I proved it through my email he told me that he was just there to cellphones and collect the money and that's all he was there to do and told me to leave the store I will be counting the Better Business Bureau and request that this man be fired from his job for the 0 star rating he gave me tonight for my customer satisfaction and wanting you to stay with your company

I cannot remember the guys name that manages the store here. But he 100% saved my life today. I don't even use y'all! I stopped in for a phone charger I ended up not needing, he couldn't return accessories per y'all's policy, so I got a phone case. Anyways I ended up missing getting into a carwreck by 30 seconds after I left that would've totalled my car, and most likely put me in the hospital or killed me bc he took the time to make me laugh when I was flustered and having an awful day. GIVE HIM A RAISE.
