Wow!!!! Where do I start with the customer service at this location. My experience with Rep. Damya was so dawn horrible. This lady don't not know how to relate with Metro Rep over at all. I one to the store to remove a line from my account. When I left the with no working number as the acct holder. Damya do not like to be told what to do or explain well to customer service over the phone what the customer needs. I went for three week with phone service but her wrong doing. The manager Adrianna and Esmeralda was the best help with Metro trying to see why I lost my service. When I only wanted to remove a line from my account. They are very nice ladies at this location. Adrianna and Esmeralda went beyond normal expectations.

Yesterday my husband and I went to this location to get new phones and a tablet for our daughter. I am happy to be a returning customer. Wellington provided top notch customer service. He catered to all of our needs and made suggestions that would save us money. We are all pleased with our new devices. Thank you Wellington!

The manager called the police Sunday March 17 because she didn't want to provider service to black women. It's sad that when I asked for her business card and her managers business card she refused. She couldn't answer my question and decide to call the police. She attempted to weaponize the police and LIE, this store is terrible. She needs to be fired! Scared of black women, incompetent knowledge of basic customer service. Unprofessional appearance with long bacteria filled nails and sleep scarf wrapped around her head, teeth not brushed overall unkept appearance. Just sad. She seemed hungover and just basically irritated to be working. Needless to say, we went to another store and was helped and guided with ease and understanding.

Came at 6:00 on 8/22 and the door was locked sign on the window said be back at 6 went to lunch, waited till 6:30 with no one showing up. Y’all lost $$ from me, I needed 2 new phones with lines and everything. Had multiple people walking up to the door and everything - very unprofessional.

I had switched my previous number I had with metro to spectrum mobile. It was the worst decision of my life. My phone had cracked and was no longer able to be utilized because of the damage. I had a hard time with spectrum getting an affordable phone and the same number.they tried to over charge me . I came to metro in desperation. They were very understanding,sweet,and comforting. The lady name yoselan was on point. Ytalo was very helpful as well. I left out with a phone and I'm able to work again. Thank you so much to both yoselan and ytalo. I would recommend metro to anyone who works for themselves. This location on independence on 7201 e independence Blvd suite 3. Thank you ?
