DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My parents have been scammed twice. They pick and choose who they take advantage of. Sadly that was my elderly spanish only speaking parents. They say their “printer does not work”…. Let me tell you that printer has not been working in years. They tell you that “a receipt will be sent to your phone” LIES, what gets texted to you is a dollar amount from Metro that they charged you but not an itemized receipt. They add services that you NEVER approved of, like a “premium service bundle” for $10 that they charge you there plus monthly. It’s small enough amounts so if you’re not getting a receipt you think it’s taxes/fees. Last time they did this to my parents it was a “GPS car tracker” that we did not receive and added an additional $10 to our monthly statement. My best advice if you’re going to have Metro is TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION but also download the Metro app. It will show you when a service has been added that you never approved of right away. It’s sad because the girl that did this was hispanic and she’s just taking advantage of her own people for commission. I hope they finally “fix” their receipt printer but I doubt they will since that’s how they get away scamming people that seem vulnerable.

Horrible experience they say “printer isnt working”, tell you amount & you’ll think its tax or fees but they charge you more for the phone instead of finding whats best for the customer! All they care about is sales/money ! Everyone is so rude even the manager & they purposely will ignore you for so long so you cant make a return! Both girls & guy are rude & very unknowledgeable WOULD NOT RECOMEND METRO
