Terrible service, no acknowledgment when you walk in, they act like you are a bother to them! The only thing they were worried about was eating their McDonald’s, having chats in the back room and helping their own kind! If you are a person of color please avoid this place at all cost!The manager eventually helped me when his worker decided to take a break in the middle of helping me and he was just as rude as his employees.Metro really needs to do some re-training or clean house and bring in ppl who can show better customer service to us loyal customers who help put money in their pockets!

The owner of this establishment is very rude and unprofessional the way he treated my wife while i was on the phone really is unexceptable i would strongly advise you sir to be careful how you talk and treat people you never know what backlash can come behind the way you treat someone the next time a customer ask you your name dnt tell them none of your business cause they may make it ther business to find out all they can be cautious opening that can of worms they might get out and bite to all consumers dnt do business with this location he clearly doesn't appreciate your business and to you the owner no need for apologies im sure il see you soon face to face ?

Back in June I wanted to start a new account with Metro. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I felt like I was bothering them by just opening the door. I walked into the store and wasn't greeted by the manager/associate who were both at the desk. I stood there for about 5 minutes. Someone comes in and was greeted in Spanish. So, that's when I spoke up and and asked why no one hasn't said anything to me/ has attempted to assist me. The manager immediately got defensive saying he was on the phone which no one was. I told him all he had to do was let me know when I walked in someone would be right with me. He starts going off saying he doesn't have to because he was busy. I asked to speak to the manager and that's when I was notified he was the manager. I would not recommend this store to no one. The store is 5 minutes from my house but if I have to go to Metro I'd rather travel 15 minutes out. away from my home than to go there. I'm not impressed at all. You get what you pay for I guess. SMH

I went to this location today and received horrible customer service from the manger and staff when I ask why is he so aggravated did he not want to help he laughed I will never visit this location ever

Do not go to this store if you value privacy. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years with metro. My wife went into this location with her daughter to add another line to my plan, while there, Leonardo C. went thru her facebook and added himself to her messenger, when he was getting a PIN from att. REALLY? Do not go to this store! I will be pushing forward with this issue as needed. Also wrote her name down on his personal notebook.

Super bad experience. They tried to charge me a speaker and play it off.Stacy tried to say it was free after I saw over $32 being overcharged.And then tried to gift” it after 5 minutes of trying to get a printed receipt and their “machine” was not working.Calling corporate tomorrowMal experiencia.
