Terrible experience, I do not recommend this place.
I went to buy a phone with a single line, and without my consent, they added three lines to my account. I never authorized that. On top of that, they lied about the prices, did not give me a receipt, and when I asked for help, they only looked for excuses to avoid taking responsibility.
I tried to get a refund for the lines I never requested, but they refused completely. These kinds of practices are deceptive and abusive, and it’s clear they are just trying to scam people. Be very careful if you’re thinking about buying anything here.

Hours of operation is from 10a.m. to 7p.m. it's 10:20 a.m. and the store still closed. I'm not sure how the service is yet, I'll be waiting until open.

Closed at 3:45pm on a Wednesday. Store has opening hours posted but no closing time. Though online it claims to be open until 7pm

On September 26, I visited the Metro by T-Mobile store at 2818 W Sugar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC to activate my eSIM that I had purchased online for $40. The store manager, Omar, refused to activate it and insisted that I needed to buy a new eSIM from the store for $47. After charging my card, he didn't provide me with a receipt or my account information. Additionally, he signed me up for a different plan than the one I had requested. I contacted customer service to explain what happened and requested to cancel the service since I did not want the plan he had signed me up for. The representative informed me that I needed to return to the store to cancel the service. The representative left a note on my account regarding the issue and advised me to call back when I returned to the store if I needed assistance. Upon returning to the store, the agent refused to cancel my service, provide me with a receipt, or give me my account information. Then I called Metro by T-Mobile customer service to speak to the agent in the store, yet the agent refused to talk to the customer service manager to provide his employment number information to Metro by T-Mobile customer supervisor.

I've been sitting outside of T-Mobile on sugar Creek road since 9:57 a.m. it's now 10:08 and nobody has come to open this store. It's extremely unprofessional, especially in neighborhoods like ours. It says that you don't have to try hard or you can be insufficient with what you're doing and it's expected because of the type of neighborhood and area that it is. It's really unfortunate and I feel like something really should be done about this because this store should have been open 10 minutes ago now and it's not and then you're losing money because I came here to purchase a phone todayUpdate. So after they came I spoke with Omar super nice guy. At the end of the day I walked out with a really good deal on a phone and I got a second phone actually. So definitely commend them for the customer service and for that I will switch my review to four Stars

The attention was really bad, my mom tried grabbing a phone and the lady in the cashier told her she couldnt touch it. I think that everyone should be treated equal and not just because of color or race treat people different from what they are.

I came in there with me and my girlfriend to buy my son a phone for Christmas and manager of the store light skin women with dreads at first she told me my total was 150 she asked me if I wanted to buy case I told her no I'll get one at the mall she took it up on herself to add on a case to the phone and screen protecter and then charge me $171 that's not how you conduct business you don't force nobody to buy something that they don't want and then on top of that when I was leaving now she snuck and hurry up and threw it in my bag and didn't even give me a receipt this would be my last time ever going to this Metro she don't care about the people she finessing

The help there was impeccable!!! Better than any other store ive been to in charlotte. They make you feel like family. The explain EVERYTHING. Yashicka was my sales rep. She was friendly, personable, and attentive. Thanks MetroPCS.

METROPCS sucks! Don't go with company if you have extra money on your acct and when you close the acct they STEAL ALL YOUR MONEY AND THEN CLAIMS ITS IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If the consumer knew you would steal our hard earn money during and out of this pandemic we would not go with you company !! This is not over I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Ingrid and Annabelle were amazing!!!!! They were patient and assisted me with all of my phone needs. They helped me all the way down to transferring all of my information!!! from IPHONE to IPHONE!!!!!!!! really appreciate these two ladies!!! If y'all go there make sure they are there to assist you! I just called actually and the girl who answered the phone sounded like she had a attitude, glad i didn't have to deal with a disgruntled employee. Thanks Ingrid and Annabelle!!!!!!!!
