If ur AFRICAN AMERICAN OR BLACK DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! She did not shampoo my hair correctly. She was very lazy. Did not leave in the conditioner she wash it out 5 seconds after she put it in then she blow dry my hair for an hour and put a lot of products in it to make it dry. And my hair is still an Afro the charged me extra 10$ for no reason she said 45 me and 30 for my 5 year old daughter I end up pay 85Service: Hairstyling

The stylist that worked on my mother's hair this Sunday 2/6 was very inattentive. She went in for a perm and the stylist ended up getting her whole back wet and she have to come home and wash her hair herself to avoid getting her body wet again due to the stylist negligence while playing with their phone. The stylist snipped barely anything at the end of her hair to be called a trim, went ahead and charge her $20. Once she was ready to pay the stylist tried to charge her the $20 that was promised to be dropped.I had to call in today to voice my complaint, after my mother got a cold sitting for an hour with her back wet at this establishment. I really appreciate the lady over the phone, I presume was the manager is willing to make things right for the he service. However, we have no intentions on coming back to be disappointed again.Services: Haircut

I made an appointment a week in advance for Sunday, May 30, with Mrs. Blanca,
I was waiting in the parking lot 15 minutes before the time, until the lady arrived and they opened after ten,
He attended to another person who arrived after me, because it was going to take less time, I told him there was no problem, then he asked me if I had made a brushing appointment, I told him yes and that I was going to attend to the other lady who had arrived after me, and that next time I should make the call directly to the salon, since if I call the phone number that is on the website it is not recommended, so I call someone to attend to me and that they would arrive in 20 minutes.
Totally an unprofessional attitude, because despite having an appointment he did not attend to me at the indicated time, he should have told me from the beginning that he was not going to attend to me????for not being a frequent customer??? I don't understand??? Who is the person who answers the calls on the website???? Who is it??? it is not it would be??
Please, a little more respect for customers!!!
