It took over 1 hour for a salesman to help me with truck that was already purchased. The 2019 T680 Kenworth was dirty and poorly prepped. Cab was filthy!

It’s never fun being broke down and i see a lot of driver’s frustrations make it in these reviews. But I feel compelled to write a few words of praise for the night crew here at this location.I’m here because my main air line developed a leak because of abrasions and fraying of the jacket. It’s so rare that it’s a mystery as to how it occurred. That being said, the technician assigned to my truck should be publicly recognized in front of his peers for his professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness and patience in answering every question I had. Seriously, If I had the choice of only one person touching my truck it would be him.It is rare to find these qualities in employees these days. And when you get this lucky you should do everything in your power to promote and retain such talent. But wait, there’s more.There are two more that also deserve to be recognized. They were sitting behind the counter when I walked in to inquire about the status of my truck. More often than not I am left with the feeling that us drivers are an inconvenience that is tolerated because they have to. But these two were different. I walked out of there feeling like I was their only customer. Not of the night, week, or month. Their only customer ever. I really hate spending money on this current truck but if I had the choice I’d spend it here. Too bad this shop isn’t closer to my home in GA.So in summary, I really hope that the management/owners of this business recognize and do what you must to retain your awesome employees. Without them your business wouldn’t exist. Thank you for the positive experience and the opportunity to write these few words of praise.

$500+ just to spend an hour or however long they spent to diagnose the problem and not even fix it but to just say they don't have the needed part due to it being on national backorder with no ETC. I checked in yesterday afternoon, but the shop was busy so they had to wait overnight to get to the truck this morning while it sat in their lot overnight. I went to a hotel for the night and came back here. $500+ for what little time someone spent diagnosing the problem to not even have any foreseeable time frame for a resolution for the problem. It's understandable these people are at work and on the clock, and reception is very friendly inside. They have a driver's lounge and bathrooms, though they close at night on weekends. 3 stars because at least the people inside are friendly and accommodating, despite probably having to put up with lots of angry truck drivers huffing and puffing at them over situations like this.

I've been in the shop since monday 06/08/20 due to my Ac going out. Special order((made to order part's)) everyone here has been super helpful when I would call \\u0026 ask for a update on my truck/part's. Would definitely recommend to use this mhc location.

DO NOT USE !! STAY AWAY AT ANY PRICE !! ONE OF WORST EXPERIENCES OVER THE ROAD !! AVOID !! Long story short - send my truck for a recall job. My driver share with them small noise from front end and a check light just came. I gave them my phone and email for any authorizations. They said they are not busy (just like any business in the whole country now with COVID-19 situation) and they will look at it. Next morning i received an email with estimate for approval for over $3100 and that's 2020 KW T680. I declined the job and told them i will perform that repairs in my home shop. They tried to convince me do it there but i declined again. Than they said i have to pay them just for diagnosing the issues. That happened at 0800am and I told them I need the truck asap because its under a load. At 1330 they were still not telling me what do i owe nor releasing the truck. Tried to ask for supervisor or manager but the were keep telling me no one is avail. Even tried the corporate and no luck there too. Lady that answer the phone even refuse to share her name with me just for reference . Finally they send me invoice for diagnostics for almost a $1000. I never authorize troubleshooting but diagnostic which is one hour by standard not to mention their one hour labor rate is like $178. I was stuck with $1000 invoice and truck in the same shape and not even able to pay for about 5 hours so i can get my truck released. Very very unpleasant 1st and last experience with that company. Will never use them again at any circumstances. Hope sharing my story will help other carriers or owners of trucks .

I had to get a set of bearings pressed into a idler pull on a C15 cat .it was late so I had them press the two bearings in it was $215.89 to do this with the bearings was somewhat reasonable at $56 . But I believe the cost to put the bearings in was over priced.
