Ed Green is the most dishonest man I've ever seen in business....he stole my vending machine from my location in Hickory nc and was gonna keep it for hisself until I found out he stole it. I have an account with Sundrop and they wanted me to just take charges out. I tried to be nice and give Ed a chance to fix his face. he told me he would meet me with my drink machine and call me before they brought it. he didn't do either one...he dropped my machine off at another location opposite of where it was. Ed not only lied to me he never got back in touch with me when his guys dropped my machine off at another location. I had paid a moving guy to move my machine. he doesn't move his truck without being paid. so all I asked Ed too do was reimburse me for the move that my guy came too do but was unable because of ed. some ppl don't need too be in business or have a business. Ed is by far the most dishonest man I've ever seen in business. Everything he claimed he was going to do he lied about.

Please update the hours. They're completely wrong. 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM is the actual time.The consumer end of their website is awful. You can't buy anything there without inputting your information in hopes you MIGHT get in contact with a damn representative first. Why isn't there a number readily available for their consumer wing to call and order parts easily? I'm complaining because I NEED two specific parts for my car and I don't want to go through an expensive tune-up/repair job that I could avoid paying hundreds of dollars for if I could just order them online or over the phone. It's just needlessly complicated to just get something as simple as a piece of equipment for your car.Thanks a lot.

These guys are extremely helpful, as well as knowledgable and friendly. Cannot mention how much better my inventory is now that they've been able to work with us.

New ownership is very bad. Overcharges, delivers wrong parts, poor customer service.
