I had a ride booked for July 1st and no one ever showed I called and called no one answered made me miss a very important Dr's appointment highly upset, I hope I never get them as my transportation ever again!!!!

I should have read the reviews BEFORE attempting to use this service!! Driver never showed up, and this was after sending me a confirmation message. No one ever answered the phone when I repeatedly called. A complete waste of time

Horrible, horrible service. Twice, they never showed up. Wouldn't answer the phone. Drivers unprofessional, riding with car seat, complaining about being late for other jobs. Never know if they will show up or answer the phone. Definitely making a complaint with the state and others agencies.
