“We had a very positive experience with Alamo last week. We had a reservation in Myrtle Beach for the week, but when our flight from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach was delayed 7 hours, I called Alamo, and they were able to expeditiously change our reservation into the same type of vehicle so that we could drive the 4 hours, instead of hanging out to wait on a delayed flight.”

“Though there was a wait when I arrived (not Enterprise’s fault. It was a very busy Sunday at multiple locations), it was no more than an hour. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and assisted shortly thereafter. Evan was so helpful, as well as the other team member working that day. Verification was seamless and efficient Before I knew it, I was driving off the lot in my rental. Return the vehicle was the smoothest process (nowhere near as busy on a Tuesday lol); they remembered me when I walked in and was able to pull my information right up. Explanation of security deposit reimbursement was clear, and I received a courtesy transport to the dealership I needed to get to. I forgot the name of the young man who drove me, but he too was very professional and had a vibrant personality. I will be returning for sure to rent from the South Boulevard (Charlotte) location. Thank guys!”

“Only problem I had was my Handicap Decal was left behind and once I returned to Maryland and realized that I didn't remove it from the drivers side sun visor..I went out late for a grocery run and reached for my Handicap Decal and realized I left it in Charlotte and immediately reached out to Customer Service at least 3 times.I follow up today for the agent to say that it wasn't found. Im not believing that at all and I very disappointed with the outcome.. if one of your workers have it. I reported stolen and it has a serial# that is registered through the state of Maryland.In the event you are stopped by the police it is reported as STOLEN..

“I’ve rented several vehicles for a variety of reasons, including car repairs and trips out of town. While there has been some minimal damage from past renters, the vehicles are still clean and generally in better condition than those from most rental companies. My union partners with one major company, but I prefer another for its convenience and numerous locations. They are always quick to get you into your rental and efficient when it comes to returning it. When I needed to extend my rental for an extra day, they made it easy with just a simple phone call. Keep up the good work!”
“The van was a great fit for the needs of our family during our road trip vacation but there was a malfunction with a dashboard notification setting regarding a door not being shut completely. It kept dinging saying “door ajar,” but all doors were shut securely and thoroughly and the alarm still proceeded to chime over and over again. It was continuous for 2 weeks straight and nearly drove me crazy. I was unable to disable the alarm. Other than that, it worked well.”

“If you need parts you need to see Scott! This guy goes way above and way beyond your expectations from researching to making recommendations. Scott does what other part guys won't do. Who ever signs his paycheck needs to give him an extra couples zeros on his next paycheck. I've been going to Rock Hill for all my parts but I've found a new reputable and reliable parts guy!”
“Excellent service with Enterprise Rent-A-Car office located at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlotte, NC. I was a walk-in and walked out with a nice affordable rental when several other places were out of stock. The front office representative Keva provided outstanding service as did the young lady who checked out the car with me.
The car was clean and well maintained and reliable - no surprise issues or funny noises throughout the trip. The return was just as simple and smooth with the young man who handled it.
I was impressed with the location being close to my home and the convenience of having a safe space on-site for me to leave my car during the entirety of my trip. I did not have to ride-share or call a friend. This location has become my first choice for car rental in my town.”

“Not the cheapest place but they helped us out in a pinch. It was a bit confusing what counter to go to. They have one for normal customers who need wheels to go to, and a separate one in the garage for their rewards customers.The staff that moves the car in the garage are a bit rude, and not super helpful. When returning my car they got mad because I didn't wait at the returns area. There was no one there and I had places to be so I parked the car exactly where I had rented it from and one of the tenders got a little attitude with me because I returned it at the very minute I said I would. They wanted it early I guess. Maybe call and ask if I can bring it back a bit early for another customer? I would have tried.”

“*MUST READ review of Metrolina auto: Inventory is First class.... staff accommodating! I was involved with the dealership in 2014 - 2015 when founder, owner Towery M. Burris-Hunt was operating the place. He made announcements via local radio stations. Being a constant guest on Artie The One Woman Party Show. He stock the showroom with exotic cars he personally purchased. Usually parking his personal car collection including Red Ferrari White Lamborghini Spyder and blue upfront His partnership with Lamborghini, Ferrari , Pagani , Bugatti was key. It's known he was a beneficiary of Jim Scott acquiring a portion of Scott Jaguar Maserati of Charlotte when it was at 416 Tyvola Rd and owned luxury dealership Deals on Wheels Dubai. His primary salesman was Blaine. People in Charlotte know him as entertainer Trin2Hype. This store like other businesses he owned like Uptown Cabaret & Onyx are involved with something unusual. No one can find the once owner. Management at all three are covering up his existence. Despite his announcing it weekly on Artie The One Woman Party show WPEG Power 98 FM. I personally was involved there when he left his red Ferrari, White Lamborghini Spyder in the showroom. I have been seeking info..”

“1 Direction, LLC as an Avis Rental location at the Hilton Charlotte Downtown location were life savers when our flight was diverted mid flight. Veronica and David were very helpful and worked with me diligently to find options when their existing fleet was somewhat limited. They also worked with me to find every applicable discount using my veteran status in order to get our rental within the budget we had for the vehicle we originally wanted. Consider using this location as an alternative to the airport, these guys are amazing.”
