Disappointed, the clinic hours state that they close at 7:30 pm. I arrived at 7 pm to no one waiting and them cleaning. I was informed that they take the last patient at 6:50. This is wrong and misleading. Do not false advertise that you close at 7:30 when you are not accepting patients. I was turned away when there was time to see me before 7:30.

Second time I’ve been here and this couldn’t be easier. In and out in 25 min, and only requested this morning’s appt last night. The staff is so friendly and helpful and easy to talk to.

I took my daughter in to get a strep test and we had a wonderful experience. The nurse practitioner was thorough and communicative and we were out and with the meds we needed very quickly.

Have been to the minute clinic here at least 3 times and have always had awesome nurse practitioners - very friendly, professional and helpful. Sometimes there’s a long wait (an hour) but I don’t think that’s anyone’s fault, is what it is. Also the system gives you a text alert 30 mins in advance of your turn but not after that. The cashiers have always been friendly when I’m there as well. Very convenient if you work in Ballantyne

If you have a common cold and need something a little stronger than the over the counter stuff, then this place is ok. I have taken my children there a few times for other I'll illnesses and they were misdiagnosed by the nurse there. The last time I went there the nurse actually argued with me over my sons diagnosis and what she was prescribing. A quick trip to a real doctor got us the right diagnosis and meds. I wonder how many other people are being misdiagnosed and prescribed medication that won't address their illness.

I've visited the MinuteClinic several times at this location, and every time the nurses have been great: caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's great to have such a reliable resource close to home and available over the weekend.

It's okay to go here for minor things if you have medical Insurance. If no medical Insurance don't bother. Other wise to treat a simple sinus infection, red eye, cough, allergies, it works just fine. If you have something more serious going on, please folks go to an out patient medical center or the emergency room. There's nothing they can do for you here at the minute clinic nor do they claim to help serious issues.

I called and said I knew that they took last patient sign up at 7:15 pm (was on message when called), but would arrive at 7:12. They said that would be too late. I was in pain and needed help, but the lady answering clearly did not care. My guess is they wanted to go home and could not care less about the health of those they serve. Will not consider them again.

I have been dizzy since Thursday and couldn't get in to see my doctor until the following Wed. I figured I would run in here and try to get the issue taken care of. The lady that was working in there was as slow as a turtle entering my info and went on and on with questions. After about 15 mins, she finally started the exam, my nose and throat were fine and so was my left ear but then she goes on to say that I have some fluid in my right ear. After that, she tells me she has no clue what is wrong with me so she is referring me over to my primary doc or urgent care. Well, lets see here, I have fluid in my ear, doesn't that sound like an issue? So I left there with no medications to treat my ear issue. I wouldn't take my dog to this place much less recommend it to a human. Out to get money and have no clue what they are talking about. Bypass this place and go to urgent care.

I made sure to sign in early at 9:30am because I heard how long it can take to actually get into the appointment. I was prompted by the computer that it would take about 1:45 minutes because there were 4 people ahead of me and that I would receive a text 30 minutes before I should arrive. 1pm came and I started to get concerned so I went back to make sure they had my phone number right. There were still 3 people ahead of me (so I assumed the doctor had seen 1 client in 3.5 hours!?!) and said my wait time on the computer was 2.5 more hours. On top of that there was a piece of paper stuck to the computer that said everyone that was already registered would be seen before her lunch break at 1:30. So 1 person in 3.5 hours but she was going to squeeze in 4 more before 1:30? Found that hard to believe. Luckily I called a real doctor's office and was able to get in because it is now 4:30 and I still have not received a text.
