My therapist is like a really good friend. She listens to me! She's not just waiting for her turn to talk. And she remembers things. I know, it's probably in her notes, it's the way she brings it up in conversation.

I just recently started back at Monarch because about 9 or 10 years back I was hesitant about therapy. Things got a little worst and I decided to give it another try. I can say since I return this year in September 2023 it's been hard but I think I might be able to start in a new place in my life. Going to do my best to make it work ?. So far my NP has been so understanding and phenomenal. May God bless each one of them

I have been working with Monarch for several years now and I can say that they helped save my life through behavioral therapy and medication. I usually opt for virtual appointments and each NP that I’ve worked with has been phenomenal, patient, and informative. I may not need you all soon if all continues going well, but I will recommend!

The staff was friendly and efficient in helping me. The nurse practiced was friendly when discussing my medical needs.we talked about how well I am doing on the medical treatment and established that I will continue taking medication without changing any of them. I enjoyed my visit.

I called today to make an appointment for my next visit and was told my insurance was no longer accepted. Mid year? Wow. Anyway I was not given any referral to go to another provider. Wow I guess all I am is a paycheck? Do they actually care about their patients. In my case it doesn’t look like it.

Did a video call, which I like sometimes and dislike others. This one was just to talk about my meds, so I'd rather do that over a call than make the trip in person. Covid really changed everything, huh?Everyone I spoke with was really nice. Monarch seems to have a problem keeping employees, but I sure love everyone I've dealt with. They've all been nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I very much enjoy Monarch!

This is the worst place for anyone with mental health issues. Especially if you are Caucasian.One of the providers Jacqueline Smith is a racist. She treats white people poorly and neglects there care. She will down play your symptoms and call u a liar and then wait 24 hours after u attempt suicide to call the ambulance.She is a danger to the community and I am working with the county to rectify her.

I absolutely love my NP at Monarch. They are always there when I need them, without hesitation. The staff is always friendly and I have absolutely no complaints.
