Conveniently across the street from my job. This Walmart is huge and always stocked. The only problem right now is that it is undergoing construction. So right now the place feels crowded and not a lot of product options. Lots of sales though not sure if it is because they are going under construction or if those are just their normal deals.

Extremely rude staff. Shorter guy and blonde pixie cut elderly lady that was supervisor at self checkout refused to sell my 21 y/o girlfriend wine when she presented her ID simply because I was with her (even though I'm well over 21). I checked out in a whole different area because we were buying our own things and they came over and demand I show my ID which I refused because I was buying my own things. I don't even drink alcohol...

This location is located in a shed shopping center and there's plenty of parking. It's not always the cleanest or well lit sometimes the lights are broken or spotty/ blinking. I've been here a few times. Items may or may not be in stock and I do not have a variety of a lot of items as this is a smaller location. The staff are not friendly but they do welcome you and greet you as you come in as required not desired. The lines can get long during peak times and they have limited staff. The prices are typically cheaper than other stores but you have to deal with the bad customer service bad lighting typically not clean and uniquely smelly place just to get a deal. I hope your shopping experience is better than mine if you choose to embark on a journey to this store.

I was racially profiled at the self checkout line I had a lot of items but I was checking out all of them they tried to tell me that I didn't check out A item and even though I did we continue to go back-and-forth I had two people watching me breathing down my neck the whole time and try to make me re-pay for items even though I already had them scanned I was trying to check out constantly micromanaging me even though they were not doing that to any other customer I felt I felt disrespected I am pregnant and I was trying to get stuff for my nursery with my husband and the fact that this is going on hurt me to be honest this store was it comes out was very low stock didn't have anything in it it was a complete mess isles were crowded with boxes hard for me to even get out with a cart for me to be spending $300 I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of disrespect and I truly do feel like it is because we are too young Black people they really should be more careful on who they hire.

I have shopped at this Walmart off and on since it opened years ago. It used to be well managed, well stocked with friendly and efficient employees but not so much now. When I walk in there now I feel as if I am in a giant Dollar General. The store is dirty, merchandise is sparse, poorly displayed and there are pallets in the middle of the aisles blocking your ability to move around the store. The store always looks as if it needs to be swept and merchandise straightened. Employees although friendly are not really helpful and make it seem as if it is a chore to help you with anything. I know that COViD is taxing and trying for all of us but if you are going to be in the "big box" business then be the best big box in the area. The Walmart store at the Galleria just a few minutes away is big, clean, well stocked and well thought out. I will not be returning to the Arboretum Walmart again to shop. It's not worth the traffic and the hassle.

I overheard an Walmart employee at the self-service cashiers stating that she is not willingly to sanitise the cashiers after each customer uses it. Why should we provide Walmart our business if their employee are not taking action to protect customers or themselves? The employees are also allowing people to enter their store without a face mask.

I have to disagree with some of you. I've been shopping at this store for I think 30 years now. Well, since it opened. The core staff has remained the same even after their store manager was diagnosed with cancer several Years ago . They all loved him. They now have a woman manager I honestly don't believe I have ever seen her .. but that's ok the staff keeps the store stocked they are friendly most of the time. Everyone has a bad day. # Walmart thanks # we appreciate you stocking your shelves # working hard . Ulysses the pharmacy manager is very caring and a great man.

This Walmart serves my needs. I only go here for quick runs for small items and medication, so I don't have high demands for this location. It's not a superstore, so the selection is limited. I don't interact with staff, but the pharmacy staff have always been nice. Also, self checkout is always the way to go with any Walmart. The parking lot can be hell on Earth sometimes, so I definitely recommend going after 10pm.

Everytime I come here the staff are very immature, rude, and unprofessional. I try to go to this location as rarely as possible now. It's also nearly impossible to find stuff without having to ask five different workers.

This was the only Walmart open till 1am in the area. We got there at 12:47am and the manager sneaks out the door locks it and says we are closed because it takes 10 minutes to shut down his registers. Well then the close time should be 12:50am.

So apparently this Walmart closes at 1am but they stop letting people in at 12:30am.....how does this make sense? It's Walmart, not a restaurant. How can a business say that you are open until 1am but won't let customers in after 12:30am?

This is the first Walmart that I've ever been to that has some grocery items but not all. No produce no fresh meat no lettuce nothing around those items. Disappointing at best but there is no fresh choices at this Walmart.

Very busy Walmart located in the very busy Arboretum Shopping Center, that I try to avoid at all costs, but sometimes that's just impossible. Service here is hit and miss like all Walmarts, but it is fairly clean and well-stocked. There is a Subway located near the entrance that is usually reliable. Be careful in the parking lot.

Mmmmm. Walmart......Love this exact location because it has a special restaurant inside that is 5 star quality. Exquisite dining...it's called Subway. Sooo good :) you can get a $5 foot long submarine sandwich and you have to eat it without chewing to get a refund. It's better that way though anyway, trust me, you don't wanna taste that trash. It's just thawed out dog p*** on a bun.
