I have a student at this location and I would foremost like to say that the new School Principal Mrs.Raquel is very nice, very professional, and provided excellent customer service. My encounter with the Assistant School Principal at this location has not been that great. Mrs. Teresa the Assistant School Principal is Rude, Unapproachable, Yelled at me and has had a Attitude with me multiple times and it's the same issues with her and, other parents feel the same way. This School needs a New Assistant School Principal because the current one is Horrible.

I've got two kids that attend Kindercare on Monroe Road. Having worked in daycare previously, I truly feel this is a great fit for my children. My youngest raves about her teacher daily. All staff I've encountered are kind and caring. They truly care about the children and the relationships they foster with the parents. The teachers are engaging. We truly love this center.

Well my name is Jamika Hunter and my son has been coming to Monroe Road KinderCare since he was 10 weeks He had to first slight and it was not hard For him to start attending he’s now going on two years old we have shared some wonderful and bright experience I love Miss Connie she has definitely been there with me through my trials and tribulations with my mother as well my son loves KinderCare this is his second home he has learned in his development skills has grown Well being in the place at Monroe KinderCare 9500 Monroe RoadHere are some photos from the beginning and so now that’s almost over 2 years

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with this Kindercare since my children started.My kids love their teachers and always tell me what they have learned that day. The director and assistant director are warm, inviting knowledgeable and have been very supportive to my family.

Horrible Management. The Center Director is not fit to lead this facility. She has poor communication when it comes to relaying messages to parents concerning their children. I’ve made several complaints to her about my child’s care and non of them were ever addressed. She’s makes excuses for her teachers when you make accusations against them instead of investigating. Kindercare on Monroe Rd will continue to fail until she is replaced.

My daughter attended this daycare as her first daycare ever about a year ago, & when I picked my child up her braid was completely pulled from her scalp. Someone tried to pin it back so that I wouldn’t notice. When I went back to the daycare they acted as if an investigation was going on but instead I ended up banned and never heard anything else about the so called investigation. There are no cameras in the classrooms nor on the playground. I would not recommend this daycare at all.
