I was at myeyedoctor for yearly exam, Dr. Steve Bilon was phenomenal as usual and has cared for the well-being of my eyes for many years. After my exam Dr. Bilon introduced me to an exceptional person Brendan whom patiently assisted me in picking out my new glasses and made it fun shopping for them, also I can't forget practioner Tara who was very patient with me when checking my eye pressures, something that I don't care for but she helped me to be calm enough to receive perfect readings. Dr's here really care. Got hit in the eye playing basketball Friday and the dr let me come in last minute on a friday evening before closing. Turns out I had a corneal abrasion and the dr helped me out with some eye drops to make sure it didnt get infected and a eye contact bandage. Very thankful for them seeing me, if I had to wait till Monday to be seen I dont know what I would have done!

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the eye doctor's office and had the opportunity to work with Brendan. I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Eye exam was terrible and prescription was wayyyy off. Had debilitating headaches after wearing contacts with incorrect prescription. Also doesn’t honor return policy for contacts when the prescription was wrong so I’d say false advertising.

This was my first time using this office. I did mainly because most of my coworkers come here. My experience has not been the same. The exam itself was ok. I ordered my contacts on January 6th, 2024. They were promised by the 11th. I called the office and checked online a number of times and I get the same response, we need a little more time. These were not cheap and it is time for a new set. I didn't order glasses due to the cost. So what am I supposed to do in the meantime because I need new eyewear since my prescription in my old glasses was no longer doing the job? I will not be purchasing any other eyewear from this company. No calls or emails from anyone. Not even on the promise date to explain or apologize for the delay. So if my business doesn't mean that much to give a courtesy call then I will be taking it elsewhere from now on.Update: I want to say Thank You to Dennis from the social media team. He took the time to reach out to the vendor to check on the status of my order and to have some trials sent to me until it came in. He contacted me to let me know my order was ready to pick up a day or so before I was sent an email notification from the office. I have updated my review 1 star but something needs to be done with the training of the office staff.

First time visiting this eye doctor and it was a very welcoming, friendly experience. Teara really went above to helpme pick the perfect frames and made some great suggestions.

As someone who was the sclera contacts, I understand it takes time to get the right fit. BUT it is January 24th and I’ve been doing this fitting since November. And here I am now sitting in this office for the millionth time and I can already tell this contact isn’t the right fit either. I’m quite annoyed with how long this process is taking. It never took this long when Dr. Rose was at this location. Dr. Sheffer is very polite and nice. But he’s just not getting this right and I already travel 30+ mins just to get to this office. His wait time is way too long. I always have to schedule appointments later in the day and sadly I am always the last one to leave even when I see people come in after me and I’ve already been checked in and seen, just not by the dr himself. I will not be coming to this office again once we finally find the fit. And quite frankly, I’m thinking of trying to finish the fitting at the office in statesville. On another note, Donovan has been awesome. And that’s the 2 stars of this aspect. He’s been very polite. Remembers me every time I’ve came in. And he’s been very patient. So kudos to Donovan.

MyEyeDr has a great variety of glasses. Keith helped my daughter and I and he was awesome! He was super friendly and did not rush her!
