Terrible! After nearly a month of wrong information and no communication I just gave up and requested a refund. At one point I was told my glasses were ready only to get there and find out the person behind the desk lied. The GM Kristin would tell me that the hold up was on VSP (my insurance) not on the store. I called VSP and they assured me that my insurance was not the problem. I waited a few more days only to speak to the GM again. She put me on hold and nearly 5 minutes later a man (not the GM) told me that the glasses would come any day now. I felt like she just brushed me off at that point. I waited a few more days and at this point was fed up. I went to the store and explained my situation in which the lady seemed to quick to dismiss my complaints. I got my refund and a very dry apology. This was nearly a month of waiting for one pair of glasses.I will never go there again and will encourage others not to waste their time going to this location. The staff is unprofessional, they do not communicate, they give wrong information and are defensive instead of listening to the customer.Just terrible!

Everything about this visit was a 10. Everyone was amazing. I had Lisa help me figure out frames for both my daughter and I and she truly was a blessing for two indecisive Libras!

Went here my first time maybe 2 years, and it was a great experience, glasses came back at a good time. Staff was very nice! Fast Forward to now, the worst service ever. Waited for my glasses for almost a month and half with no communication of why it was taking so long and they even got returned for whatever reason (they couldn't tell me why). The staff there now, is not the best. They act as if it bothers them to call to check for an update and explanation when I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for one pair of glasses. I’m glad my old onesDidn’t decide to break on me.

Most incompetent crass people I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered contacts through my insurance the 3rd week in January. I PAID my portion for a 6 month supply. (I have 2 different rx 1 each eye) Since then I received 1 box for one eye and still haven’t received the other rx (box) for my other eye. “They gave me a trial to use for the other that was not the right power , until my rx came.They’ve given me the run around telling me my other box is out of stock and on back order for the last 6 weeks. Today I call and as usual the rude staff that doesn’t like to take accountability for their mix up tells me that I can’t get anymore trials! “As if I’m the type that would expect that” the audacity to even say such a thing to me! at this point I’m pissed because I’ve had to deal with the very rude unprofessional staff ! Ashley, Via and Seevie (not sure of how to spell her name) but she’s RUDE! They’re all disrespectful when they’re questioned about their actions. They actually get down right combative and actually feel comfortable being aggressive with a patient that’s paid for an order and have not received it.Meanwhilebeing falsely accused of trying to get trials! I’m over dealing with these people and I find it to be embarrassing to have these types of employees representing this practice! It’s apparent that they’ve screwed up my order and don’t understand what has happened to my other box of contacts or documented any of the conversations I’ve had with several of them including the manager over the past several weeks! In addition they’re confused about the entire situation that I’ve been calling them about this entire time and HAVE NOT made any effort to order what I paid for! Now I’m waiting again on another manager to call me back regarding the order that I’ve PAID FOR . Let’s see how this goes. I know for a fact that I will NEVER GO BACK to this LOCATION or use this company EVER AGAIN! I will gladly return what I do have, get my refund and go somewhere else to purchase my contacts. Anyone would lose patience at this point and I do not care to insert any more energy into trying to work with this practice . They could care less about the customer experience. here I’m just a number to them! They’re obviously unorganizedas well as incompetent !!!!!

If i could give a ZERO stars i would! I am completely and totally over this place! First pair i got in weren't correct, second pair were supposed to be sunglass! Third pair were fine! I got a notice that my sunglasses were ready and yet again they incorrect! I am not understanding how THREE pair can be completely incorrect! I would not recommend this place to a blind man!!!! Do not and i repeat do not come here

They are terrible! I received the wrong prescription and they kept pushing Acuve, which caused irritation. They never returned my calls and wanted me to pay for another eye exam after their mistake.

Went to this location, while I was there they says that they would update my information. I didn't purchase the glasses that day but went back less than a week later they didn't have my information updated. The us location is all over the place. People walking around you can't tell who the patients are from the people that work there because everyone blends in. The manager smelled like cigarettes, had and wore a hat while working. The doctor was nice.

Not satisfied with the way the scheduling is done for more that 3 people of the family. After confirmation for 4 people , on the day of the appointment we are told to reschedule for 1 person, and the next available appointment we have is for next year, had we known of this earlier we could have had the chance to book another slot with in the year. Really disappointed at the service level, people we spoke to were not helpful also.

We stopped in here to look at frames today. Sandra was so awesome!!! She was so friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She makes you feel so welcome and she gave us really helpful tips as.well. We would absolutely come back here the next time we need glassed.

This location has the worse customer service that I have ever seen. They talk down and talk to customers any kind of way. And they feel that it is ok to hang up on customers. I ordered contacts over a month ago. Apparently, they have been on back order at the manufacture…at least that is what I was told. I have been calling weekly to ask if they have come in and they seem to be bothered when I call. They get very annoyed when I ask questions. They took my money over a month ago and have the nerve to be annoyed with questions. To get me off of the phone….if they don’t hang up on me…they say that they will call and put a rush on my order. I am sure it is lies. It is very unfortunate because I like the doctor that I see. The location is perfect. But, due to the unprofessional front desk folks, I will NEVER do business with them once my order comes in. If you don’t want to work with customers, then you should not take a service job. LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS. IT IS YOUR JOB.

I went in to order glasses on 3/25/23, I have yet to receive my glass. Every time I call the only answer they have is that the warehouse is behind and they don't know when I will receive my glasses. We are going into month 5, shortly I will need a new exam. This is ridiculous. IF you are coming here because you have Medicaid, I will advise to find a different location that accepts your insurance.
