My husband and I recently visited the University location here in Charlotte. I highly recommend this office, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was beyond what I could have imagined. If I could give 5 more stars I would.

I have gone to the Concord location before and service was subpar so I was nervous returning to MyEyeDr. However, this was hands down the BEST experience at an eye doctor I’ve ever had! From the moment I checked in to the time I walked out the door I felt like I mattered. The front desk was so nice, the lady who did my tests was beyond kind and so so nice, Dr Walters was SO nice, very smart, and had a great personality. She explained everything from the tests done and even told me things I never knew. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was OUTSTANDING! She helped me decide between what felt like over 40 pairs and told me what looked good on my face shape and what didn’t - it was phenomenal service all around! She helped me get the best bang for my buck with my insurance and benefits for contacts and glasses and I left beyond happy!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and today I felt I got the utmost top tier experience. Everyone who worked today, showed up for not only me but the other patients that were there today as well. I’m forgetting the assistants name, but she always makes me feel beyond super comfortable. Shania took the time to actually go above and beyond through searching for the perfect frames and was intuitive to what I was looking for! She was so lovely as well as the gentleman and other woman working the front! The doctor acknowledged all of my concerns and worries, and was so kind! Everyone here deserves a raise! Lol keep up the great work!

I have been waiting for my sunglasses for more than a month now. There is no commutation from office as well. I tried calling and they produce worst excuse possible. Please don't buy anything from these guys.

We ordered glasses for my son on 3/24. They told us we would receive it within two weeks. It has been around a month, and we didn't receive it yet. My son has vision issues and can not see well without the glasses. I called them several times, and each time, they gave me a different day.

The doctor and the nurse are incredible.The guy who checks people out is rude and needs people skills. He tries to push you to buy products with them (sales I get it) but when you say no he looks at you with sheer degradation. He kept pushing me to buy through them saying they're the cheapest on contacts. News flash they aren't!If it weren't for this guy I'd given 5 stars but I'm not about how he acts. I wasn't the only one he did this too either.

I had an eye emergency on a weekend and they were able to get me in and were super nice and gentle. Awesome friendly staff and MD. Felt like I was in really good hands as this was my first time visit with this office and doctor. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a great experience and quality service eye Dr or even if you have an emergency. Thank you to everyone working today! :)

Worst place I ever went. Idk what the Dr was one but she first put in the wrong contacts. Then flipped my prescription. I have not been able to wear my glasses or contacts. Never got used to the. The glasses are to be anti reflective and to me they just enhance the reflections. I would not recommend or ever go back to this place again.

Shania was amazing. I had purchased glasses from another MyEyeDr office and that office would not replace a missing screw since I did not buy a warranty. Shania did not hesitate to offer to replace the screw. That is outstanding customer service!

I wasted two lunch hours trying to see someone about new glasses. The first visit was a scheduled appointment at 11:40 and was told they were behind. I talked to Angela who was LOVELY and helpful, who suggested I come back to order glasses because I didn’t need to see the doctor, only the folks in front. I went in today and was told to wait until someone was available to help me. After 20 minutes I asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment to see someone about ordering glasses but was told no and I’d just have to wait. The manager was NO where to be found. I kept getting passed over for folks who had appointments (which I get) but only one person was there to help so after almost an hour of no one even acknowledging me, I left. Really bad customer service.

Shania displayed herself incompetent. She was unprofessional and I’ve never encountered a rude receptionist at My Eye Dr all the years I’ve been a customer, so it was very interesting. The manager didn’t even acknowledge my complaint when I mentioned how mindless her behavior was on the phone.
