I have been coming here around 20 years. Dr. Norton was my doctor up until she retired. Dr. Larsen took me over as a patient when she retired. I have always had fantastic care and they have always treated me well from the time I walk in the door until the time I leave. They do a fantastic job and take very good care of their patients. Thank you Dr. Larsen for all you and your staff do to deliver great care.

Dr Larsen has been my primary doctor for almost 10 years. You would think that after such a long time he would care about you. That's not his case.I have been sick for a few days even after seeing him. I called his office back because I am still sick and they were supposed to call me back but they never did. My spouse called the office today to ask them why they didn't call back. After talking to his nurse that we didn't appreciate the lack of concern, she suggested that we could go across the street to another physician. How professional is that? She had a horrible attitude and was so rude we couldn't believe it. I am going to follow her suggestion and start looking for a place that really cares about his patients. This place is horrible! The doctors and nurses lack of concern for your health is not what you would need as a patient.Don't go to this place! They should not be in the health business.

Dr. Larsen has been my primary care physician for 20+ years. He’s always very honest, kind and efficient. He has made great referrals when needed in the past. I can get in fairly quickly when I need, many times, same day. I recommend Dr. Larsen as a primary care physician. The front desk staff has always been very nice and accommodating. Dr. Larsen‘s PA is awesome and his support staff of all been there for quite some time which leads me to believe they were satisfied with where they work.

The office is neat and clean , but on several occasions one of the staff members displayed rudeness in her behavior Towards me. I'm currently seeking other alternatives to another doctors office. It's not the doctor , it's the nursing staff.

I have been a patient of Dr larsen for more than 20 years. He saved my life by listening, testing, & getting me to the right Dr's when I had Thyroid Cancer. Same with my bladder problems. He always makes sure my shots are up to date & my meds are helping. His nurse Asia is always super nice, professional & willing to listen & help in any way. Front desk staff is always professional, helpful & willing to assist me any time I call or when I arrive. Highly recommend this practice. Would give 10 stars if that were an option.

Excellent location, excellent staff and facility. My family and I have been going there for past 7 years, after previous physician retired. The physicians are very patient focused.

The front desk staff & nurses are kind hence the 1 star. Dr. Norton was my primary physician for a number of years (10+). The level of care she provided drastically declined throughout the years. However, her lack of concern for my health, rudeness, & professional ways declined even more. I do NOT recommend her.

My family has been coming to see Dr. Larsen for years and appreciate him and his staff so much. We have recommended his practice to others who are equally pleased. Dr Larsen is extremely knowledgeable and is a terrific listener. He has treated multiple generations of us with success. His right hand person, Asia, is a rock star! Love her friendliness, depth of knowledge and willingness to support. Highly recommend!

Dr.Norton was very rude disrespectful and treated me like I was a nobody. I was in complete destress she had put me on Xanax about 2 years ago. I started seeing another Dr for a different reason and he continued the medicine she had me on when the other doctor closed I went back to doctor Norton who remind you started me on the medication refused to help me with my anxiety problems. I have PTSD and anxiety disorder as well as bipolar. I told her I hadn't been able to work over panic attacks and so on. She didn't care and refused to help me. Her nurse was more supportive than she was she doesn't care about her patients just the money stay away from her she will put you on a drug then expect you to do without over night. By far worst doctor I have ever been to. I'm really thinking of reporting her

I have been seeing doctor Larsen for decades. He is, by far, the most thoughtful, compassionate and professional MD I have ever had the pleasure to receive help from. I've had many doctors in my life, and in many places and for different reasons, but he is the undoubtedly the best and most trustworthy I've ever known. I would give him ten stars if I could.

I was told I had to buy my own mask by front desk. Left to get it come back they say I'm late and may have to reschedule. I don't recommend this place to anyone of Color

Dr Larson is a great doctor but the office practices are questionable at best.

Dr. Larsen has been my primary care physician for about 9 years. He is fantastic, so I regret to submit this bad review. However, I have been “putting up with” the extremely, unnecessarily rude front desk staff for about the past year. Around 90% of the time, when I call or visit in person, I speak to someone who is rude and treats me as a nuisance. When I arrived for two of my most recent visits, I stood at the front desk without being acknowledged by the person behind the counter; right in front of me, for an absurd amount of time. Sadly, because of these issues, I am looking for a different primary care physician.

I've been seeing Dr Larsen since 2015 and has nothing but a great experience. Dr Larsen and his nurse are both very responsive and always there when I need them. I couldn't be happier with the level of care I've received over the last seven years.

I recommend basically anywhere but here. The front of house is incredibly unprofessional. Lacking personable skills and usually gossiping loudly about personal topics and things regarding the office the waiting room shouldn't be privy to. During the Covid pandemic this certainly hasn't changed - only escalated by the lack of following simple mask procedures as they often had them off or worn incorrectly during my visits. Dr. Norton is pleasant however the nurse in the practice makes it quite clear that you are the burden and would rather be anywhere but the office. Speaking with the office manager confirming a history of unpleasantry between nurse and patient. Dr. Larsen had been a staple for being one of the first LGBTQ friendly in the community time ago. However, there are many options to choose from now, far better.
