Don’t bother taking your loose change here to use the coin machine if you are a member of an affiliate credit union. They only allow NOVA members to use the machine.

If you are in need of a shared branch, I recommend picking a different location. Not only Nova Credit Union make all shared branch users go through the drive through (which I’ve never heard of until today) they are extremely slow even with no one inside the branch. All I can say is do better Nova Credit Union this is terrible service.

I began my process 2 days ago for an auto loan with Ms. Shannon Atwell. I have never been so pleased with any type of service I received prior to this. She made ot so easy, somple and smooth. Just when I thought I was going to have to wait to get a car she made it happen. I sent her my bill of sales today and I'll be picking up my car tomorrow. I'm so grateful that Mova Credit Union has this jewel working for them and more importantly working it out for me. If you're in need of a loan please ask for Ms. Atwell, she's going to make it happen. Thank you so much.Once again Ms. Shannon Atwell came through for me in helping me to consolidate my debt, pay it off and put some money in my pocket. I encourage you to reach out to her and get your financial needs addressed. She is my Shero!!!!!!!

This Branch is extremely unprofessional and an inconvenience. If you are a shared branch you can not go into the bank for services. You are required to go through the drive thru where the services is extremely slow. I absolutely dread coming to this branch because there is always an issue where they can can not render ther services necessary. Avoid this branch if possible.

Poor customer service. Shared members can not get services inside the building. All shared members must go thru the drive thru. ******* informed me, since i am a ************* member, i shouldnt be making requests, in front of various members. Each experience get worse and worse. ******* (who claims to be a supervisor and theres no one above him) of the Mulberry location, disconnected the call while I was making a compliant. I called back and the representive pick up and hung up the phone. I called the hickory location to get information regarding the district manager. They sent me to a voicemail. These actions and lack of service have me wondering if my money is safe.

I have been a member for fourteen years and always received nothing less than wonderful customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure my transaction is do with professionalism. If you are not part of a Credit Union. You should join Nova Credit Union. You won't be disappointed!!

I will never come to this credit union ever again. I have a shared branch with this place and they wouldn't let me withdraw money because not only did I need my current NC id, but I also needed the id I used to open the account with my orginal bank which is in another state. Ridiculous! I drove all that way for no reason. And then the teller proceeds to tell me to call my bank to update my current license# with them. I called my bank and even they said that's ridiculous. Thank goodness I found another shared credit union called Allegacy which just opened. When I went there - there wasn't any long lines, shared branch users are ALLOWED to get served in the LOBBY, I don't have to wait 20+ minutes to get served at a drive thru, I didn't even need the other id from the other state and their customer service was waaaayyyyyyy much better. I was considering opening an account with Nova, but quickly changed my mind and now i'm going with Allegacy.

My experience today with this branch was horrible. EVERY time I use this shared branch, it’s an issue. My CU is affiliated with this one sadly & they have the lobby closed. I thought it would be a quick transaction to DEPOSIT money into my account. I pulled in & got into a long line of cars with only two open lanes. I waited about 40 minutes until it was my turn. Once I pulled in & provided my account number, the teller couldn’t find my account. I called my CU in Tennessee & asked for my savings account number. Then, the teller asked for my old TN license. Of course, I didn’t have it. So I asked the TN teller on the phone to upload the NC license. While waiting for that, I was cursed out by the customer behind me, & the teller asked me to circle the building again to get back in line. The branch manager walked outside & told me he was calling the police. All that for a DEPOSIT? It was an awful customer service experience & I hope NO ONE goes to this branch & deals with service like this.

I do not recommend this Credit Union. First without disclosing it they pull your credit to open a simple checking account resulting in a 10 POINT hit to your credit score. I was sooooo livid about this. Who makes a hard inquiry into your credit, just to open a checking account. If this doesn’t discourage you from moving forward I don’t know what will. On top of that I was unable to access my account or make any deposits then I see a -$5.00 on the balance. How do I have a -$5.00 when I haven’t even been able to access this a account upon opening it. I opened the account a week ago, I’m closing it this week!

I have two savings account, one checking account, a mortgage account and an escrow account at this Bank. Today I came to pay my mortgage and I also needed to use the restroom. In the past I have been able to use the restroom there before, but today they would not let me in the lobby to use it. I subsequently urinated on myself. If I can't use the restroom at an institution where I have five accounts, I'm going to start closing down those accounts one by one. You will not be making money off of me and then denying me entry when the sign outside says "Lobby open by appointment, please call and we will escort you in".Also, every time I close an account I'm going to sit in your drive-thru and painstakingly count and recount out every bit of those thousands of dollars you're losing.

I have accounts here and it has gone down hill really bad! The building is full of employees but the Lobby isn’t open and they only have one drive thru line to take care of transactions. Closing all accounts .
