New doctor didn't seem to have even reviewed my chart. When I raised a concern she actually said maybe I need my gb checked. It's been out over 5 years now. Been at that office for over 15 yrs.

I have been a patient of Marjorie Whitehead for several years and she has been probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She is very thorough, very understanding, very patient and overall a really good doctor. She has been out of the office for over a year due to an injury and I have seen two other doctors who were completely unprofessional, not patient and continuously getting my medication refills mixed up. Jeremy who is the assistant and usually responds to the Novant my chart messages it’s so rude and not easy to work with.

I have been under Dr. Patel's care for nearly 20 years. He is personable, knowedgeable, and thorough. If you are looking for a new Primary Care physician I recommend him highly.

I love our family Dr. office. We see Dr. Gross, Dr. Patel and Marjorie Whitehead. I have been coming here with my6 daughters ( three are adults now) , since I have moved here 17years ago. The office is clean easy parking and our Physicians are awesome. They take their time, explain what's going on. Gives us a chance to ask questions. Always available if needed and responds to all messages. the ladies at the front desk are awesome -Especially Angie. After the passing of my eldest daughter, our Dr. Gross and Dr Patel and the team was very supportive and caring during and even afterwards. Thank you all for all you do. I appreciate each and everyone if y'all ❤️

I’ve been a patient here on and off since the 90’s and absolutely love this facility. The only reason I haven’t been a consistent patient is because I don’t always have insurance.

I really like this clinic and people who work there. Dr.Lawson and her assistant Dixie are very patient and understanding. Dr.Lawson always responds to my questions sent by emails in very short time. She helped me a lot in the time of pandemic when I needed to find the right place for vaccination.

My son has been going to see Dr. Patel since he was a baby (he is now 7) Since his first visit, Dr. Patel has been nothing short of comforting, and caring for my son. The staff is so kind. From the receptionists at the front desk, to the nurses who take you back to your room. Dr. Patel is passionate about his career as a doctor, and it shows in the way he treats his patients. He has always been very attentive to any questions or concerns I've had. You will never feel rushed, or as if you aren't being listened to, when you come here. I couldn't recommend their office enough.
