“My favorite nursery for houseplants in Charlotte! They have 3 greenhouses full of houseplants as well as several more with outdoor plants, trees and bushes. The plants range from tiny 2”pots to giant Fiddle Leaf Fig trees and palms. I have purchased several large hanging Hoya plants as well as ficus trees and small succulents. I have not had pest problems with any of the plants I purchased and return here monthly to see what’s new. Definitely the place to visit in Charlotte if you need some lovely and healthy houseplants!”
“I have not physically been to this location yet, but I was recommended to them by RYOBI Warranty Support. The gentlemen who picked up was very short with me on the phone and I could feel how overwhelmed he was. I had called because of a minor issue I thought he could confirm over the phone related to the O Ring in my Pressure Washer valve. I made every attempt to be precise as to not waste time. He did not allow this to happen and instead stated that no troubleshooting gets done over the phone and that he could not help me unless I brought it in. He actually rushed me off the phone and it could have been perceived as rude. However I do not believe that is what he intended and I recommend anyone who has a similar experience with this business to just exercise understanding and patience. The deal they have with RYOBI has a specific process and it could be just one part of their business. I imagine they’ve had issues with RYOBI customers who have certain expectations and then when they are not met, this business likely takes the hit. This is likely to have happened which is why they have drawn a clear line to what they will and won’t do over the phone. Luckily the gentleman did say that he was extremely busy this time of year and even though he didn’t approach it they way we expect customer service to happen, this was not a bad experience by any means.
I hope that anyone who has a bad experience and feels the need to give them a bad review, to first consider that maybe there are other reasons beyond our own understanding why you had the experience you did. Before you take it out on them to hurt them, perhaps it could be helpful to just leave it alone - or share your honest experience.

“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”

“My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! “Bought and had a front door installed. Quoted, etc. at Wendover / Charlotte location. Jennifer / Tim were very helpful. Had an issue (my fault, not theirs) during installation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to help - and quickly. Also, Yuriy / RF Installations deserves an A+ regarding the entire experience. Superb. In this climate of mostly subpar quality / service I've experienced with many businesses in the last few years, it's refreshing to have had such a GREAT one here.”
“I'm giving a 4 because this is better than your average Home Depot. Selection like any HD is massive and you can get even more inventory delivered to the store. Prices for most items are not the cheapest but certain items are actually quite solid for example Round Up while others are gauging like shelf liners. They are always well stocked and never have been out of the item I needed. Most departments (most) I was able to get good help quickly often just from a friendly associate walking by (not the case in places like NY, NJ, CA, south Florida or even Georgia). Cons: One area that we got no help ever was blinds / curtains, etc. the back left side of the store can be a ghost town of employees but everywhere else I always found one easily. selection of connectors for washers, dryers, etc was pretty limited.”
“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”
