The entire loan process with NVRM was very easy and quick as Andy provided us lot of valuable inputs, guided us at every step of loan process and he was always available to clarify things. We really appreciate his support and he is very prompt and professional. We would like to mention that Christian and Brady too were very helpful and ensured that we had all the necessary information and we are grateful to them. Thank you all!

I worked with Zach and Brady during my home buying process and these two were awesome. Zach took the time to explain everything to us and break down all the costs to us.Brady communicated, responded to emails in a timely manner and was very patient. He always answered my questions and took the time to clarify anything I didn't understand. I enjoyed working with Zach and Brady. I recommend anyone purchasing through NVR to request Zach and Brady.

My husband and I had a great experience with our NVR mortgage team. They were very attentive, responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and understood any hiccups that we might have had in meeting the time constraints of a timely closing. They offered patience, solutions and care. That's what mattered to me the most!

First I want to say, Esco Walker was the best!!!!!! ( Loan Officer).Not one time when I called he didnot return my call, he always called me back. He made me feel like I was his most important client. either that day or the next day I got a call back!!!. I am not computer savey, he walk me thru each step, thank you!!!! Now to the really good stuff it was a pleasure to work with NVR mortgage and I really would recommend them to anyone. Thankyou we are in a beautiful home.

My NVR team was amazing! Stephenie Auman and Esco Walker made my experience of purchasing my first home as seamless as possible!! Esco was very knowledgeable and informative from day one and throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had along the way, he provided timely answers and responses and kept an open line of communication. He always kept me informed regarding any updates or changes and also made sure I understood each step in the process. Esco went above and beyond to make sure the financial process was as smooth and as stress free as possible for me. I am forever grateful! Stephenie was also very knowledgeable, consistent and efficient with staying on top of things to make sure I had what I needed for financing and staying on top of things so I could close on time! I can not thank these two enough for all of their hard work and dedication in helping me with the purchase of my first home!

Eva Nicho and Stephenie Auman were a pleasure to work with. All my questions were answered in full and in a timely manner. Consistent communication throughout the process helped being on top of all documents needed for a smooth closing. The closing date was scheduled with enough time to prepare, and went quick and easy. NVR Mortgage had offered a much better deal and terms than other lenders I've shopped around for.Overall, I am very satisfied with Eva and Stephenie and my experience with NVR.

I just closed on my new home and it could not have been possible without the help from the people at NVR. We worked with Rebecca, Stephenie, and Angelia and they were all amazing, responsive and I feel like I would not have been able to close without them! I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home, I seriously can't thank them enough!

Our Loan Officer was Rebecca Donaldson and our Loan Processor was Stephanie Auman! Both were so kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. As first time home buyers they made what we thought was going to be a stressful process an easy one! We highly recommend using NVR and working with Rebecca and Stephanie!
