I had a great visit into the store yesterday! The store was clean, well stocked and organized, and the staff was friendly. The store had some great sales. I really need to shop here more. Stylish and affordable for the whole family.

I offer hesitate to come to Old Navy because I know of their representation but personally experience, but my son loves this store. I did not have any trouble this time. They might be getting better.

The employees seem to be incompetent. Two employees could not explain a simple return, or why the items could not be returned. The items were past the 30 day return policy so they offered store credit which i accepted. after scanning my ID, they said the return could not be processed but couldn't explain why and just stared at me—I was told to call a number on the receipt to find out why. They looked as dumbfounded as I was. It was the strangest experience I have ever had in a store.

Kinda messy usually. But the worst part is they say the close at 9 online but come 7:50 they start going around the store staring at you and forcing you to leave. Very awkward. Makes you not want to buy anything because it's like a bunch of eyes watching you. I don't go places close to closing time ever. So update your website? It's super easy to do. Reply to this if you need my help.
