I’ve been a loyal Old Navy shopper for years, but I’ve had a few disappointing experiences at this location recently that have left me uneasy. Last night, when I walked into the store with my daughter around 6:45 PM, the associate standing behind the register made no effort to greet us. In fact, she stared at us as we walked in, which was uncomfortable. Later, she started touching items beside where we were shopping, which seemed unprofessional and off-putting.
Earlier in the week, I had another uncomfortable experience in the fitting rooms. A woman, possibly in her early 50s, knocked on my dressing room door because I had a pair of pants hanging over it. While I was trying on other outfits, she seemed to be checking if anyone was in the fitting room, which I found odd, especially since the door was closed. There were plenty of other fitting rooms available, and clothes scattered outside could have been tended to, so her knocking felt unnecessary and unsettling.
Some of the new staff and even a few of the long-time associates seem to lack the friendly and welcoming demeanor I’ve come to expect at Old Navy. As someone who has enjoyed shopping here for years, I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism and warmth during my recent visits. Unless things improve, I’m unlikely to return to this location.

Very rude and 0 customer service
They advertise wrong and get upset at the customer for correcting them.
I love buying at Old Navy but the one in River gate will never be an option for me. I rather go a greater distance than shop here.

What happened to this Old Navy? The store makes Walmart feel high-end. I couldn't find a single item regardless of size or gender worth purchasing. The selection was abysmal. The other stores had a similar issue. I think it may be standard for this shopping center. I spend a decent amount of time in various stores. This location pales in comparison to others.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Old Navy is always running sales, especially on t-shirts.

Today I walked in Old Navy looking for athletic wear and had the best experience with Tisha & Rebecca these ladies are amazing . The level of professional, product knowledge , and great conversation made my entire shopping moment exciting because I dread walking into places with unprofessional people with attitudes. But not at this Old Navy I got a hello with a smile, ready to assist and going beyond their responsibilities. I promise you I will continue to praise this store Because they are putting in the work for excellent service. Thank you Tisha & Rebecca for the most amazing service today I walked out feeling appreciated. ?

Poor customer service from Olivia and Manager. They made me feel like I was a criminal because they could not find my order.online. Will NEVER go back.
Wow...Customer Service at this location is still HORRIBLE! I am waiting in line..my turn next. I walk up to Male Associate in Orange sweatshirt bald head with beard..looks ar me for about 10 seconds before he even Greets me!
I don't get this place..they barely have anyone that shops at this location and customer service is still HORRIBLE...! Sheesh!

Update your hours on Google to reflect your actual store hours Nothing is more annoying than showing up to someplace you've confirmed was open and discovering it sure isn't!

I’m not really a fan of this line. In the past we have found the clothing and shoes to be made so poorly that they only withstand a handful of washings before pilling, shrinking or becoming misshapen. This occurs when following wash instructions on tags. So…needless to say I haven’t shopped here in years, but our daughter likes to periodically. I could not believe the prices! These cheaply-made t-shirts are over $20–it’s crazy! They don’t even cost that much to make and the material is SO cheap! I’m glad I made a stop in to confirm why I don’t shop with this company—it’s robbery.
