Got new wiper blades right before the rain and a new steering wheel cover for the cold weather coming. They came out and helped me put the steering wheel cover on, because, well, if you know, you just know why. Lol. Thank you for the help O'Reilly's. ?

Today is Tuesday, 9-26. I went in there to Simply turn in a battery and get some wiper fluid for my car. There were two guys working there and neither one of them really knew what was going on. They kept running back and forth. Five other people walked into the store we were all standing there looking at each other. After standing there for at least 10 minutes I decided not to waste any more time, I can get wiper fluid another day. This place need some help.

Stopped in to get replacement wipers on an ugly Wednesday morning. It was a slow day for them because of the weather. All of the gentleman were so helpful. When they saw us having trouble getting the wipers installed, two came to our rescue (we're usually pretty competent on our own but the rainy conditions made for slippery fingers). Kudos to all of these great employees!

I called to see if they had a shock absorber for my vehicle. Jason said they did not have the item in stock but could have it by 7:30am tomorrow from Greensboro. I paid and pick up my order and proceed back home. I remove the faulty shock and prepared to install the new one. Comparing the old one to the new one, they were not the same. I replaced the old shock and called Monroe for assistance. Their customer service basically played the CYA card stating eventhough we state this part is for your vehicle, we can not be responsible if it does not fit your vehicle. I go back to the store to return the order. Mr. Garfield asked me some questions and we talked a bit about my problem (with Monroe also) and he said let's start over. He looked up the part for my vehicle and listened to the information I received from Monroe and identified two parts that were a possibility. We decided to order both parts and I would return with the bad part and compare it to the two possible replacements. Mr. Garfield said their orders come in about every two hours and mine should be in around 3:30. I return home, remove the defective shock again and returned to the store after 4:00. Mr. Garfield was gone for the day and there were customers at the counter. The gentleman at the counter acknowledged me and said he would be with be with me shortly. As I was waiting another gentleman approached me and asked if I needed help. I started my conversation with the question, have you received an order recently that should include a couple of shocks. He was unaware of any incoming orders and even asked another associate if he was aware of an order. So after this third trip I decided 3 strikes and you're out. I went to a competitor who had the part I needed, so I purchased the item online and pickup at the store. Got home within 30 minutes and installed the part within another 30 minutes. My lessons lerarned: exhaust all possible retail stores for a part before ordering. I will not stop shopping at O'Reilly's but they may be later on my call list in the future.

I went to autozone who told me I had a bad battery and alternator. After they tested the battery, they just went inside, no other words, nothing helpful.I was going to take my car to the shop and it was quoted 600-700$, instead of just jumping the gun I decided to get another opinion.I went to oreillys and Mr.Garfield, greeted me immediately, asked what I needed, and quickly came to test and replace the battery. Turns out the alternator was fine, mr. Garfield let me use his tools and was with me every step to make sure I learned how to take a battery out myself.I’m not sure what he’s being paid but he deserves more, truly a member of the community I’m glad to have met.

Main reason I give this location 5 stars is because of the employees that work there. I’ve been there a few times in recent months and every single time I go in I’m greeted at the door, asked if I need help, and am provided with an overall professional & friendly customer service experience. Nice to see in today’s world.

My go to O'Reilly. If they don't have what I need they get it for me. There is one employee that continues to turn me away from here though. Absolutely just a horrible employee that doesn't want to be there. Had to show her how to find what I needed.

im Master Mechanic shop owner and this is my place to get parts of course I have a commercial account. but my guys there are Sincere and mr Tren the have a lot experience with automotive parts compared with other guys if they don't have a part they always try to help you out no doubt
