I have been tanning for many years, I have been tanning here before they took over. Never in my life have I been anywhere as professional as this, not once have I ever had a bad experience. This entire staff is as good as it gets, they treat me just like I'm family, like I say been going here for years , I will never go anywhere else. Thank God for this beautiful staff.Service: Tanning

This review is only for this location , not ultra tan itself. I love ultra tan but go to Fort mill or lake wylie location. The manager here is RUDE and nasty. Maybe and hopefully she won't still be manager long with the way she treats people. I've been a member of ultratan for over 10 years and have never had a bar experience until this woman come at me. I was actually in shock at how rude she was. Unfortunately I do not remember her name.

This is the only salon I have used since moving here in ‘97 and watched it changed many times. As of today, its the absolute best its ever been. ☺️ I enjoy visiting this location and the staff.Service: UV tanning

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is bc the new employee on Friday 12/30/2022 in evening was so sweet. My daughter got a spray tan.The one other time I went in a employee was so snobby and rude. They base everything off commission for their employees. Do better PBT.

I have been tanning here for almost a year. I immediately purchased a membership in March of 2022 when I moved to Charlotte. I always had a pleasant experience but the store now has a new manager (as of a few months ago) and the look, feel and operations have improved drastically.This has been the only location I’ve ever used because it is immaculately clean, convenient and everyone who works here is friendly and helpful.If you had a bad experience before, please go back now and give them a chance to improve your experience. The customer service really is exceptional. Katie, the new Manager is knowledgeable, friendly and deeply cares about making sure customers are satisfied. If there is anything she CAN do about to help/accommodate or compensate - she will. She really pushes the envelope when it comes to caring for her tanners!

I went to tan today at 5pm. I get and there and the girl said they were closing early. I asked if it was the beds, were they not working or something. She said it was a personal issue. So basically I didn't get to tan because some girl was having a bad day and didn't want to work. Do I get a chance to get a little money back because she's lazy and doesn't want to work. She was probably about 20 years old, so basically a lazy millennial who doesnt want to work for money. Great hire PBT. This place has huge turnover, basically a new person in there every week. If you can't keep it staffed, freaking close it. Horrible customer service, not why I pay nearly a $100 a month.

I went tanning on 2/9/2022 and they had discontinued tanning lotion on clearance. I was quoted $11.00 by Daisy, a manager. That was a great deal so I purchased 2. I didn't look at my receipt until I got home and noticed I was charged $86.13. Plus I was hit with an overdraft fee on my debit card of $36.00. I had $22.00 in my account but not $86.13 just before payday. I was told that only Daisy, who sold me the product was the only person I could speak to about correcting the error. I've been trying to get this resolved for two weeks and she hasn't called me even though I've left message for her when I came in to tan since that night. The times I've gone to tan in the last two weeks, she wasn't there. I asked to speak with another manager or the district manager. Still waiting to get this resolved.Service: Tanning
