Asked for my order not to have any onion,lettuce, or tomato. I went thru the drive thru, when I got to the hotel ,all these things were on my sandwich. I didn't like that I had to pick all these things off my sandwich, won't go there anymore. This was in Charlotte n.c.

Service is great all employees have great attitudes but store is tucked away in the corner only one way in and out. Drive thru was open, sometimes a wait. Parking lot was half full was sign outside said dining room was closed. You have to go out of your way to get here so I usually find another Panera or someplace else altogether.

Even though this is a drive thru only Panera, it does not disappoint. We would love to dine in but not too sure why their dining room isn’t open. Never had any issues here and the food is always spot on. We often stop by for their charged lemonades and are always greeted by friendly employees.

Dining room is closed indefinitely. If you don’t have a car they won’t serve you.

Unfortunately this location placed across from a college campus is still only using drive thru for whatever reason. All students don’t have vehicles and ordering delivery is excessive. I originally came in to get my kitchen sink cookie that was missing from my delivery order and grab my free sip. To my surprise, breakfast run ruined! Please open the Dining area us college goers would strongly appreciate it, as we all know walking through a drive thru is not safe & is more of a risk than any covid protocol this location is hanging on to.

Ordered my overpriced salad online at 11:50am it is now 1:27pm and its still being prepared. Are they growing the vegetables?!? Called several times and no answer.

This location that needs to open their dining room back up already. I’m tired of it being drive-through only. It takes too long, and they often get your order wrong. It’s ridiculous that you can repeat how you want your coffee three times, and they’ll still get it wrong. And then you feel like you either need to be guilty to ask them to remake it, or just drink something that you didn’t want but paid for it. Re-open your dining room so the people who just want to grab a quick coffee can make it themselves and don’t need to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through lane to get the wrong order.

I placed a delivery order through the Panera app and noticed that one of my soups was missing upon arrival. When I called the store Alex was so helpful and kind!! He went above and beyond to rectify the situation that was in no way he or the store’s fault. I truly appreciate his efforts!

This store does not cater to people who have disabilities and cannot drive. The store manager said it herself on the phone!!

Why can’t I at least walk in to pick up my order??!! This Panera is closest to where I work but this will probably be my last time visiting until the dining room reopens (if it ever does since it’s been closed for months). I shouldn’t have to wait 15-20 minutes in line when I decided to mobile order and my order is ready before I even arrive to the restaurant.

No walk-in service to pickup food and my food was ready 20 min before I actually got it because I had to wait in the delivery line for people who hadn’t actually ordered anything yet to be prepared and served. Make it make sense. Finally get my food and it’s all cold.

Bad service, dirty
